Notice what Donald doesn't say. He doesn't say if you protest with violence, if you break the law, if you loot or cause property damage. He says if you even protest, period. The guy is letting power go to his head; he's not fit. How twisted things have gotten when he thinks people who protest "hate our country." Actually, he's the one who hates our country and what it stands for. He doesn't want anyone to know there are people out there who actually disagree with his power grab.

Maga thugs strike again. We may not be in a dictatorship yet, but we're clearly heading that way. It's no longer a question of if Donald wants to be a dictator, but whether or not he'll succeed.

That was security, why would he rush the podium? I don't care who he is. We have seen several assassination attempts of the President, of course security is going to stop some arrogant nutbag from rushing the podium. And no, they don't care if he claims to be a US senator or Donald Duck. They have one job, watch out for loons like this guy. The idea that he was asking a question is absurd. A senator can hold their own press conference or at the end of this press conference if she had taken questions he could have asked then. How can you be so blind as to not realize this? Your hatred of Donald Trump has made you blind.

He is part of the oversight committee, that is his job.

He did not rush to the podium, lies.

He had security clearance to be in the building to be at another meeting that had been delated, he was escorted into the room by agents was at the back of room listening until she made crazy statements about freeing California.

The video that was shown on that link showed him being apprehended in front of the seats and not where he might have been sitting.

Again, if she had not asked for questions he was trying to interrupt her at best and at worst could have been seen as a threat by security. If she had asked for questions and he stood up at his seat to ask a question and there was tackled by security you would have a case. But that is not what happened, you have no case. All you have is the memory of 1993, the last time a Canadian team won the Stanley cup. I sympathize with the animosity, Hockey used to be owned by the Canadians and now it has been taken over by America. Life is not fair, get over it.

You know like in a civil society.

If that scares her she could just have had him ushered out, no reason to throw him to the ground.
I have seen so many hecklers during speeches, they get ushered out.
