That is the beauty of exercising personal belief in the Gospel message... I did what Jesus told me to do.
But many others will also believe they did as well. Are they ever going to be in for a terrifying shock on the last day! Self-deception is most certainly the most pernicious and subtle part of sin. Sin deceives in more ways than one!
If you really understood the will of humanity you would know that will that resides in the utter darkness of man's heart that is enslaved to sin, the world and the devil cannot possibly be free. Don't you realize that there is NO spiritual soundness in unregenerate man whatsoever?
I see you didn't answer my question about whether or not God's power of influence and convincing of gospel truth was effective in your life. You surely are loathe to give God 100% credit for you salvation, aren't you? You just CAN'T freely bring that heart of yours to do it, can you?
If they obeyed and trusted God and His clear instructions then they have received eternal life, God does not make false promises.
If they heard the Gospel correctly delivered and then they refused its truth and its personal application then they deceived themselves as a result.

"Free will" in the Bible? ~ Freedom is something believers are called to (Galatians 5 verse 13). We need Jesus to “set us free” (Galatians 5 verse 1). If Jesus has not freed us from the bondage of sin, then we are still slaves to sin (Romans 6 verses 6-7). Freedom is found in the presence of the Spirit (2 Corinthians 3 verse 17). Only Jesus can give us true freedom (John 8 verse 36). Only through His lovingkindness can we truly make choices unfettered by a nature that is inherently hostile toward God.

True. Jesus said until heaven and earth disappear not one jot nor tittle will disappear from the law.
The 10 commands of God in the Old Testament hold today. They hang on the two Jesus told us about. Love God,love our neighbor as ourself.
The sum of the ten commandments communicate that.
God said his laws are written on our hearts.
Can you imagine a Christian who insists we have no moral guidelines written in our hearts?

everyones name is written and then because of thier actions many are blotted out . We can’t say they weren’t in there if he’s blotting them out right ?

it’s not written there’s no reason to be talking about blotting it out but why would someone be blotted out ?
at he book was written before the beginning but names are blotted out of it itnisnt that they were never there

But How can we avoid being blotted out of the lords book of life ?
“He that overcometh, the same shall be clothed in white raiment; and I will not blot out his name out of the book of life, but I will confess his name before my Father, and before his angels.”

So clearly this scripture can be misunderstood
“And all that dwell upon the earth shall worship him, whose names are not written in the book of life of the Lamb slain from the foundation of the world.”
Revelation 13:8
One could read that wrong not understanding the book and names are of everyone and along the way many get blotted out .
A final warning about how names can be removed based on the person actions
“and if any man shall take away from the words of the book of this prophecy, God shall take away his part out of the book of life, and out of the holy city, and from the things which are written in this book.”
Revelation 22:19 KJV
This concept brother permeates the scripture it’s the same concept here
“Every branch in me that beareth not fruit he taketh away: and every branch that beareth fruit, he purgeth it, that it may bring forth more fruit. Now ye are clean through the word which I have spoken unto you. Abide in me, and I in you. As the branch cannot bear fruit of itself, except it abide in the vine; no more can ye, except ye abide in me. If a man abide not in me, he is cast forth as a branch, and is withered; and men gather them, and cast them into the fire, and they are burned.”

It isn’t that the branches were never in the vine but they didn’t bear good fruit and withered and then were removed and burned up . But they were at one point branches in the vine . Just as their names were written by thier creator and later some were blotted out of the book or record of the living
The gospel doesn't offer choices. It merely declares the truth concerning salvation. Depending upon the soil, people will respond.
According to Revelation 13:8, not every name is written in the book of Life.
“Seeing then that we have such hope, we use great plainness of speech: and not as Moses, which put a vail over his face, that the children of Israel could not stedfastly look to the end of that which is abolished: but their minds were blinded: for until this day remaineth the same vail untaken away in the reading of the old testament; which vail is done away in Christ. But even unto this day, when Moses is read, the vail is upon their heart.”

yes that’s what I was saying people can read tbat single scripture and misunderstand it
but the rest of the Bible talks about it also one verse theology never considers the other verses

trying to base everything on how you are interpreting this single verse which is why I quoted all those other verses about how thoer names get blotted out of the book . You’re reading it as if only certain names were ever written in the book. Have to expand the information you take in about each subject
It’s saying that Jesus was purposed to be slain from the foundation of the world
“the book of life of the Lamb slain from the foundation of the world.”
It’s referencing this

Jesus was always going to have to die and be raised up it was determined before the beginning but wasn’t manifest ntil the gospel events were fulfilled and he was actually slain it is t talking about particular names being there since beforehand but Jesus and what he did being ordained from before the beginning
