Since when is Good blameworthy because He exists outside of time? Are people's names written in the book of Life before the foundation of the world? Are there those whose names are not written in the book of Life?

I haven't blamed God. I merely asked a couple of yes or no questions. If you understand Calvinism as you say, why divert from the questions and ascribe to me things not in my post.Since when is Good blameworthy because He exists outside of time?
That is the beauty of exercising personal belief in the Gospel message... I did what Jesus told me to do.![]()
In Psalm 100:2, it says to 'serve the Lord with gladness. ' Deuteronomy 10:12 says, 'Serve the Lord your God with all your heart and with all your soul. ' Joshua says, 'As for me and my house, we will serve the Lord' (Joshua 24:15). And Paul in Romans 12:11 also tells us to 'serve the Lord.
There's several more verses that tell us the same thing.
A person who doesn't know God can pick up a Bible and literally read over 30 verses that say, SERVE THE LORD. That is a command. Even those whom God has manifested within a person's vision, mentality, subconscious, or their soul the command to them and to us is to SERVE THE LORD.
One way or another God makes Himself known to every person born and old enough to reason within themselves. And ultimately, God is commanding us all to SERVE THE LORD.
The teaching of Paul's Epistles helped me overcome the idealism I once was trapped in known as Reformed when Paul wrote: I ran my race and finished + I fought the good fight:
I ran my race and finished + I fought the good fight shows us Paul put a lot of effort into his walk with God. It shows that Salvation is a Gift from God but living for God requires a lot of effort. That is when I understood free will.
Is this just going to be another one of your avoiding actually working through Scripture as usual?
It looks to me with just one verse observed + 3 clarifying ones, that God is going through an awful lot of work and putting His people through an awful lot of work and turmoil to convince those He's already rebirthed or gifted with faith or???
In that case you should be thanking God for granting repentance unto you.Actually, we did what God commands all people to do! Good answer!
But many others will also believe they did as well. Are they ever going to be in for a terrifying shock on the last day! Self-deception is most certainly the most pernicious and subtle part of sin. Sin deceives in more ways than one!
Lol the Bible says the natural man doesn't seek God.If you really understood the will of humanity you would know that will that resides in the utter darkness of man's heart that is enslaved to sin, the world and the devil cannot possibly be free. Don't you realize that there is NO spiritual soundness in unregenerate man whatsoever?
Do you ever acknowledge that some cannot hear? Some cannot hear and Jesus said so and told us why, also.If they obeyed and trusted God and His clear instructions then they have received eternal life, God does not make false promises.
If they heard the Gospel correctly delivered and then they refused its truth and its personal application then they deceived themselves as a result.
Yes, it really is a noticeable bent towards self-aggrandizement some have. God'sI see you didn't answer my question about whether or not God's power of influence and convincing of gospel truth was effective in your life. You surely are loathe to give God 100% credit for you salvation, aren't you? You just CAN'T freely bring that heart of yours to do it, can you?
Well,Jesus said that's not true.Read the Book of Hebrews some day. You will learn that the Covenant Law of Moses became obsolete at the Cross. Christians most certainly are NOT bound by two very different covenants; for the New Covenant is unlike the Old in nature.
Yes Hebrews is much about the transition from the figures of the Old Testament to the reality of the new and is a wonderfully informative book it also helps with revelationRead the Book of Hebrews some day. You will learn that the Covenant Law of Moses became obsolete at the Cross. Christians most certainly are NOT bound by two very different covenants; for the New Covenant is unlike the Old in nature.
True. Jesus said until heaven and earth disappear not one jot nor tittle will disappear from the law.Yes, it really is a noticeable bent towards self-aggrandizement some have. God's workmanship is denied.
What do you make of Romans 2:15? Heh, we also have at least one person here who claims the 613 mitzvot are written on our hearts.True. Jesus said until heaven and earth disappear not one jot nor tittle will disappear from the law.
The 10 commands of God in the Old Testament hold today. They hang on the two Jesus told us about. Love God,love our neighbor as ourself.
The sum of the ten commandments communicate that.
God said his laws are written on our hearts.
Can you imagine a Christian who insists we have no moral guidelines written in our hearts?
Put it in real life @Cameron143. Go back and read all your responses as if you're an unbeliever.Sure.
Well,Jesus said that's not true.

The gospel doesn't offer choices. It merely declares the truth concerning salvation. Depending upon the soil, people will respond.Put it in real life @Cameron143. Go back and read all your responses as if you're an unbeliever.
You offer a "Chance" to an unbeliever.
You do not offer hope to the unbeliever.
The lottery.
According to Revelation 13:8, not every name is written in the book of Life.“Let them be blotted out of the book of the living, And not be written with the righteous.”
Psalm 69:28 KJV
everyones name is written and then because of thier actions many are blotted out . We can’t say they weren’t in there if he’s blotting them out right ?
“Thou hast rebuked the heathen, thou hast destroyed the wicked, Thou hast put out their name for ever and ever.”
Psalm 9:5 KJV
“Let his posterity be cut off; And in the generation following let their name be blotted out.”
Psalm 109:13 KJV
it’s not written there’s no reason to be talking about blotting it out but why would someone be blotted out ?
at he book was written before the beginning but names are blotted out of it itnisnt that they were never there
“Yet now, if thou wilt forgive their sin–; and if not, blot me, I pray thee, out of thy book which thou hast written. ( already has been written )
And the LORD said unto Moses, Whosoever hath sinned against me, him will I blot out of my book.” (But some will be blotted out )
Exodus 32:32-33 KJV
But How can we avoid being blotted out of the lords book of life ?
“He that overcometh, the same shall be clothed in white raiment; and I will not blot out his name out of the book of life, but I will confess his name before my Father, and before his angels.”
Revelation 3:5 KJV
So clearly this scripture can be misunderstood
“And all that dwell upon the earth shall worship him, whose names are not written in the book of life of the Lamb slain from the foundation of the world.”
Revelation 13:8
One could read that wrong not understanding the book and names are of everyone and along the way many get blotted out .
A final warning about how names can be removed based on the person actions
“and if any man shall take away from the words of the book of this prophecy, God shall take away his part out of the book of life, and out of the holy city, and from the things which are written in this book.”
Revelation 22:19 KJV
This concept brother permeates the scripture it’s the same concept here
“Every branch in me that beareth not fruit he taketh away: and every branch that beareth fruit, he purgeth it, that it may bring forth more fruit. Now ye are clean through the word which I have spoken unto you. Abide in me, and I in you. As the branch cannot bear fruit of itself, except it abide in the vine; no more can ye, except ye abide in me. If a man abide not in me, he is cast forth as a branch, and is withered; and men gather them, and cast them into the fire, and they are burned.”
John 15:2-4, 6 KJV
It isn’t that the branches were never in the vine but they didn’t bear good fruit and withered and then were removed and burned up . But they were at one point branches in the vine . Just as their names were written by thier creator and later some were blotted out of the book or record of the living
What do you make of Romans 2:15? Heh, we also have at least one person here who claims the 613 mitzvot are written on our hearts.
yes that’s what I was saying people can read tbat single scripture and misunderstand itAccording to Revelation 13:8, not every name is written in the book of Life.
