That is the very concept behind checks and balances and we have relied on this since the US constitution was ratified. We're in a lot of trouble when we have to rely on the judiciary to protect us from the executive branch.

I have acknowledged that the Democrats need to get their heads out of their rear ends if they don't want to continue losing elections..Well, why would you assume that when you yourself started the comment with a generality?
Because if you did, i would pull a page from the liberal school of thought and say: SOURCE?
Which in itself is a dumb path to follow anyway since sources today are nothing but politicized opinions and it's up to the person to say the essence of the understanding of the situation after discerning all the show talking points from both sides.
The essence of the current situation is again very simple as i've said before.
Trump is here because the left is no longer in reality and it's borderline lunacy.
So what can we learn from this?
We can learn that you can have different layers of expression in order to have a normal conversation.
Here are some high level points:
* Try to avoid comparing anything (including Trump) to Hitler. That's a bad move usually.
* If you acknowledge that Trump is here because the left is worse, try to add that in your argument so people can see that you're being reasonable and then you can discuss in gentleman-fashion the finer points of whatever you'd like to discuss.
* Try to provide some data, while also acknowledging that data is not always accurate. This shows maturity in your understanding.
* Try to avoid one-liners you give to others so when you receive them yourself, you don't confuse them with "trolling".
So in general try to be more balanced in the conversation, in order to have a normal conversation.
Well I'm thinking it should be a crime for a presidential organization to defy a supreme court order but since supreme Court gave president's immunity to criminal prosecution and there's really not any more reason for supreme Court to exist
I have acknowledged that the Democrats need to get their heads out of their rear ends if they don't want to continue losing elections..
I don't think Trump is Hitler but I do believe he's a doo doo spewing demagogue
And it shouldn't have taken that long of a big song and dance to get you to simply State your argument so I could respond to it
Ignoring an unconstitutional SCOTUS order is how it's supposed to work. If the Judiciary attempts to exercise Article II powers, the order not only should, but *must* be ignored.Ignoring a supreme court order should at least be grounds for impeachment but thing is supreme Court literally removed their own teeth once they gave president's immunity to criminal prosecution
You prefer the party of Molech worshippers. Got it.Never voted Republican in my life and don't intend to. Ever
Lie. Two courts determined in their ruling that he was MS-13. That's called "due process."It wasn't proven that he was MS-13.
Sick ad hom broYou prefer the party of Molech worshippers. Got it.
How was it unconstitutional to say if this guy is indeed MS-13 then prove it in court before you deport him?Ignoring an unconstitutional SCOTUS order is how it's supposed to work. If the Judiciary attempts to exercise Article II powers, the order not only should, but *must* be ignored.
No, pushing for abortion to be legal in all 50 states is part of the Democratic platform. What is sick is the supporters of the Democratic party want to pretend that this is not what the party stands for, killing babies.Sick ad hom bro

Pure ignorance not to believe you haven’t ALWAYS voted for the lesser of two evils.Voting for the lesser of two evils (if in fact it is a lesser) is still voting for evil, and there is no justification.
Except when he tanked the economy like Republicans always doPure ignorance not to believe you haven’t ALWAYS voted for the lesser of two evils.
Even stellar politicians like Ronald Reagan did some evil stuff. Just look at how he signed the law giving big pharm immunity over vaccine injuries.
Yet by human standards he was a fantastic President overall.
If you ain’t the pot calling the kettle black!Translation: I am basically here to agitate and do not have to support my views using economic, social or political facts insights and theories.
All I know is DEI is bad, that is the depth of my views.
Its jealousy. They live in a socialist/communist society and cant understand why it doesnt and never has worked. As Regan said the problem with socialism is eventually you run out of other peoples money. And Happy Easter. If you ain’t the pot calling the kettle black!
All you do is AGITATE, as a Canadian, bad mouth Americans, their President, and anything else American you can throw the kitchen sink at.
It’s just creepy how much time and hatred a foreigner spends degrading America.

Their healthcare is socialized but other than that they're not a socialist countryIts jealousy. They live in a socialist/communist society and cant understand why it doesnt and never has worked. As Regan said the problem with socialism is eventually you run out of other peoples money. And Happy Easter.

It's unconstitutional for the Article III judiciary to usurp Article I and II powers. The laws are already in place. The administration is enforcing this laws. Now SCOTUS comes along and wants to change the laws and prevent the Executive from enforcing them. That's unconstitutional. How was it unconstitutional to say if this guy is indeed MS-13 then prove it in court before you deport him?
Again. Two courts already determined that he's a member of MS-13. How many are required to make it "due process?"How was it unconstitutional to say if this guy is indeed MS-13 then prove it in court before you deport him?
