I have. You have ignored my explanations.
++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++

If you have your explanation on this, can you repeat?
DEUTORONOMY 14:22-23
22
Thou shalt truly tithe all the increase of thy seed, that the field bringeth forth year by year.
23 And thou shalt eat before the Lord thy God, in the place which he shall choose to place his name there, the tithe of thy corn, of thy wine, and of thine oil, and the firstlings of thy herds and of thy flocks; that thou mayest learn to fear the Lord thy God always.

that thou mayest learn to fear the Lord thy God always.
This is the key phrase in this section.

In the New Testament it's said "God loves a cheerful giver".

But it's the same God. God has never changed.
So which is true?
"Fear the Lord thy God" or the "Buddy Christ" as Jesus is often made out to be.

How does giving cause fear?
It seems today that literally EVERYONE is begging for my money. Everyone has a pet charity. 501-C.3 are the corporations of choice to have.

In my over half of a century of watching people....some people are just generous givers. They are always giving and use the thinnest of licenses to give. They give of themselves and their resources. They give as if it weren't theirs to begin with.

But...
What also is true is that "the oil stops flowing when you run out of jars". ;)

It means take the literal tenth of your literal crops and eat them before the Lord. The context tells us this is to be an annual event.

While there may be a “spiritual” meaning to this or any passage, it sits on top of the plain literal meaning and does not replace it or supersede it.

You haven’t had any formal training in hermeneutics (Bible interpretation), have you?

Can anyone show us all where wage earners were ever required to hand over a tenth of their income to the Levites?

Never mind the land and livestock owners. I'm talking about the laborers from the towns and cities who went out to the fields to harvest the crops from which a tithe was taken...where is there one verse even hinting at the idea that those laborers were required to hand over one red cent to the Levites, especially a tenth or more?

There's good reason why the Mosaic Law did not require wage earners, sandal makers, carpenters (knock on wood), fishermen, et al, to hand over anything to the Levites. Can you figure out why?

And even today, many a false teacher behind pulpits teach the tithe requirement upon wage earners today. Some go so far as to claim that Abraham established some sort of "principle" for tithing, which is completely false as well, but false teachers behind pulpits parrot that one too as if it's beyond any question.

Why continue to support such men with your money? Given that many are lying about the tithe, what else are they lying to you about? Are they teaching to you the lie that Paul allegedly preached the same gospel as Peter? How many lies have you caught them teaching? Any?

The thrust here is exercising proper responsibility for what one chooses to believe by studying the scriptures so that it is the Lord who is teaching you His truth rather than to rely on other men to define your theology. Many have been set free when being shown the truth of God's word about the tithe; set free from the bondages of falsehoods to which churchianity has a tendency to shackle their followers.

How do you do that? Literally eat them before the Lord the 10% .
Let say if you harvested 10 Cavans of Corn then eat the 1 cavan before the Lord.
If you filled 100 liters of oil then eat the 10 liters of oil before the Lord
If you make 100 barrels of wine then eat the 10 barrels before the Lord.
Then the firstlings or the first born of your animals to eat them before the Lord. If you have 10 animals, all their firstlings must be eaten before the Lord.
And so on.

This is our Lord Jesus Christ said thru James on how to follow the Law.
According to Our Lord it must be followed completely.
JAMES 2:10
10 For whosoever shall keep the whole law, and yet offend in one point, he is guilty of all.

I'm raising my concern in each sentence you post. That is my concern in your 1st sentence.
1st Sentence: It means take the literal tenth of your literal crops and eat them before the Lord. The context tells us this is to be an annual event.

2nd Sentence: While there may be a “spiritual” meaning to this or any passage, it sits on top of the plain literal meaning and does not replace it or supersede it.

Who has the authority to give the spiritual meaning of the literal Crops and Eat them before the Lord?
According to Our Lord Jesus No One in this world could even man in heaven.
REVELATION 5:1-4
5 And I saw in the right hand of him that sat on the throne a book written within and on the backside, sealed with seven seals.
2 And I saw a strong angel proclaiming with a loud voice, Who is worthy to open the book, and to loose the seals thereof?
3 And no man in heaven, nor in earth, neither under the earth, was able to open the book, neither to look thereon.
4 And I wept much, because no man was found worthy to open and to read the book, neither to look thereon.

Yes, I noticed that when The Doctors of The Law spiritualized The Tithes & Offerings, they converted them into a Currency.
For American is in US Dollar.
For Japanese is in Yen
For European Union Countries is in Euro

For millenia the world used commodities in a similar fashion as currency.
The prophet Daniel created a type of fiat currency based upon deposits of commodities....but it was still based on commodities.

The entire world currently operates on fiat currencies instead of commodities. Sure, the currencies are based on GDP of the nations...but that still doesn't negate the fiat nature of the currencies. (Which are just a medium of exchange without any value in themselves)

The Roman empire drachma (silver coin) was what they literally built their empire upon. Cretans, during the Minoan era, invented standardized coins. Which other nations adopted rather quickly. (Including Babylon, Egypt and others)

However, when Silver mining was at its peak in both Brittania and Espania....Rome was discovering how commodities like silver could lose their value when in great surplus quantities. And Gold became more important. Then food and military might. (Famines are expensive and disgruntle the natives)

Currently, the biggest boondoggle are cryptocurrencies.
Quantum computing may be in its early childhood...but it can break blockchain encryption in 5 minutes. Three layer encryption in 15 minutes.
Meaning....there is no safe digital format for currencies anymore (Banks are not even safe)

Cryptocurrencies are not worth the paper they are not printed upon. Currently a single bitcoin is worth 100k.
When this little known fact about quantum computing and those devices becomes known and "common"....
Block chain encryption is over. The entire revenue stream is evaporated in minutes.
Gold only has value if it has a use...

Food always has value when people are hungry.

With regards to Tithes & Offerings, whoever offer his or her Tithes will received the sweet promise and bless of God.

MALACHI 3:10-12
10
Bring ye all the tithes into the storehouse, that there may be meat in mine house, and prove me now herewith, saith the Lord of hosts, if I will not open you the windows of heaven, and pour you out a blessing, that there shall not be room enough to receive it.
11 And I will rebuke the devourer for your sakes, and he shall not destroy the fruits of your ground; neither shall your vine cast her fruit before the time in the field, saith the Lord of hosts.
12 And all nations shall call you blessed: for ye shall be a delightsome land, saith the Lord of hosts.

But whosoever not to offer his or her Tithes is a Robber and will be Cursed by God.
MALACHI 3:8-12
8
Will a man rob God? Yet ye have robbed me. But ye say, Wherein have we robbed thee? In tithes and offerings.
9 Ye are cursed with a curse: for ye have robbed me, even this whole nation.

The Commandment is in Old Testament.
How about in The New Testament?
Did our Lord Jesus Christ and his apostles obeyed the Commandment in Tithes & Offerings?

Flour, wheat, corn, cake, and unleavened bread symbolize the “pure word of God.”

All these are food for the sustenance of physical life. The WORD of God is the equivalent for spiritual life:

Jer 15:16 "Thy words were found, and I did eat them; and thy word was unto me the joy and rejoicing of mine heart: for I am called by thy name, O LORD God of hosts."

Mat 4:4 "But he answered and said, It is written, Man shall not live by bread alone, but by every word that proceedeth out of the mouth of God."

Joh 6:63 "... the words that I speak unto you, they are spirit, and they are life."

The “tongue” or language of God as it relates to food is clearly demonstrated in the following:

Rev 10:9 “And I went unto the angel, and said unto him, Give me the little book. And he said unto me, Take it, and eat it up; and it shall make thy belly bitter, but it shall be in thy mouth sweet as honey.”

Rev 10:10 “And I took the little book out of the angel's hand, and ate it up; and it was in my mouth sweet as honey: and as soon as I had eaten it, my belly was bitter.”

Very clearly demonstrated from the foregoing, the different objects of offering refer to the word of God. Now little by little God is revealing what Jesus meant in the following:

Joh 6:35 “And Jesus said unto them, I am the bread of life: he that cometh to me shall never hunger; and he that believeth on me shall never thirst”.

Joh 6:51 “I am the living bread which came down from heaven: if any man eat of this bread, he shall live for ever: and the bread that I will give is my flesh, which I will give for the life of the world”.

If Jesus said He is the “bread of life,” He must be referring to Himself as the Word of God:

Joh 1:14 And the Word was made flesh, and dwelt among us, (and we beheld his glory, the glory as of the only begotten of the Father,) full of grace and truth.

Rev 19:13 "And he (Jesus) was clothed with a vesture dipped in blood: and his name is called The Word of God."

But the Jews could not comprehend this:

The Wine symbolyze the Revelation of God to the Letter which is The Truth (2nd witness).

Do you get some weird satisfaction from making things up out of thin air? You pretend to teach, but it's clear that you haven't a clue what you're talking about. The above is utterly meaningless as neither of your "symbols" is sound.

"Fair"... hmmm....

I disagree. "Paying tithes" has nothing whatsoever to do with "fair". It also has nothing whatsoever to do with Scripture, because tithes in Scripture were never payable in money. Further, "paying tithes" is an old covenant requirement, not a new covenant instruction.

The instructions that are given in the New Testament are genuinely "fair" (if indeed there is such a concept in Scripture): each should give willingly and not under any compulsion what they have purposed in their hearts to give. The congregational leaders should make known the corporate needs (power, rent, insurance, etc.) while leaving their own income in the Lord's hands if they don't work outside the church.

By the way, the first church did not sell everything. ;)
right on. imagine today, a family of 4, with a low salary, considering the high cost of living in the u.s.a., giving 10%? they would be broke in a few months! only a gift from God would save them. generally, i'm speaking. some people may think i'm selfish, but i'm glad i never had kids. why? well, 1st, i never thought of having them, 2. i grew up poor with a lousy upbringing, 3. i determined not to be poor, 4.i realized i owned a high level of ambition & initiated it in my life being a work-a-holic with multiple incomes which allowed me to tithe, cheerfully, OVER 10% for a long time plus giving away material items & donating to over 12 causes. but i do say, strong is the person who tithes 10% with a low salary!

Again, yes, in SOME places, but not in Deuteronomy 14, and not in most of Scripture.
