Widespread layoffs are taking place not just in the Federal government but everywhere and this I believe is the beginning of the impact of AI.

Granted the situation is far more complex than a simple two letters, but AI is what Elon Musk and Trump and others see as the only way to get out of the huge debt the US is in. Yes, there are other tools and tactics they plan on using, but without AI to replace workers everything else they would do would fall apart.

Many people in the United States of America want to get rid of all the unsustainable jobs until they find out it might also be their job/jobs.

Both Trump and Musk have been demonized by those who they are exposing, yet you take the word of corrupt people over those who are trying to correct waste, fraud and abuse.

Both of these men are great patriots. Both are subjecting themselves to retribution by corrupt entities to restore America to its founding principles. One was almost killed.

When Musk bought Twitter, he spent alot of money to expose the unconstitutional government censorship of the American people. Trump almost lost his fortune through lawfare by corrupt, unconstitutional, and unscrupulous actors.

You can view these men however you like while ignoring the perilous position corrupt politicians and their unscrupulous allies in industry have robbed the American people of their hard-earned dollars and freedoms. I, for one, am going to support and applaud their efforts.
