The "Arabs" (Palestinians) are/were in control of Gaza (the territory) on paper, but Israel controlled all major aspects of the terroritory externally. To this, we all agree with.
The fact that my hypothetical is not happening doesn't mean that there is "not point in arguing it" is false. You're stating one action is not oppressive if one group does it, but if another group does it then it IS oppressive. The hypothetical question I asked IS important to ask you because it's design to TEST your logic.
The reason you won't answer the hypothetical is because you understand that answering the question would expose Israel/US as oppressors for taking over Gaza and throwing the Arabs/Palestinians out. Please be honest.

What I love re-watching about twice a year is the documentary 'Against All Odds - Israel Survives'. I love seeing God's Divine Intervention in preserving the Jews being attacked, since the day they were named a nation. Witnessing the hand of God backing the cause and plight of Israel is real and lovely. As the documentary suggests, 'all odds were against Israel' but with God they survived the assaults. How great and sovereign is our God
I'm being dead honest. The entire land belongs to the Jews. God gave them the deed to the land and He has never rescinded it. Israel has tried since 48 to make peace with the Arabs/ Palestinians and they have turned down every offer. They are still screaming "from the river to the sea" calling for all Jews to be killed. Israel is the homeland of the Jews, not the Arabs/Palestinians. They can go back to the countries they came from. Had they been willing to live in peace, perhaps there could have been another solution. But they refuse peace, they brought this on themselves. Clear enough?
The land belongs to Israel. Israel has offered land for peace and everything else they can think of for peace. Arab/Palestinians refuse to live in peace. They refuse to allow Israel a homeland, now they lose theirs. Israel sits on 1% of the land in the ME and the Arabs still want them pushed into the sea. Well, God turned it against them, now they have to leave.
None of us are in their shoes, being attacked and threatened with termination, daily.
Seems like the sympathy flows to those who came in terrorizing the inhabitants, the indigenous people, among which a good number were Christians.

I also never said my hypothetical question was really happening in the event that is what you were referencing. That is, by definition, the meaning of "hypothetical". It is designed to test your logic and view to see if it is consistent or not.

No doubt that God is sovereign, and His plan will be done regardless of man's intervention. Having said that, against all odds, the Palestinian people survive in spite of Hamas and Israel oppressing them. At least for now... Against all odds, they still desire to reside in their homes or rebuild the homes that were blown up. I can see God's hand working on both sides, while man does it's worst to implement their will instead of God's.
You didn't map it correctly. My hypothetical for Republicans map with the position of the Palestinians, not Israel. No one is colonizing Israel and allowing non citizens to live there currently. Literally, the only state to recognize Israel's sovereignty over Gaza and the West Bank is Israel itself. Trump acknowledges Israel doesn't have control of those territories... otherwise, he wouldn't propose taking land from Israel directly.... That would be very aggressive of him to steal land from Israel. But it's "just the Palestinians"... "They not like us"...
Also wanted to mention that anyone with a little knowledge of history knows that Native Americans were, in fact, native to America. In 2025, do you propose we voluntarily give our land and homes to them because they have a more historical claim which predates modernity? It just seems like the goal post changes depending on the people we are referencing.
I agree. I'm glad you're sympathizing with the Palestinian people. They may not accept Our Savior and Lord Jesus Christ, but they are nevertheless human beings. Threats of termination and displacing them so that the USA (the proxy of Israel) can overtake Gaza and allow foreigners to be sovereign over it.

Actually it's a great analogy. If the native Americans elected terrorists and started taking people hostage and killing other Americans.....I doubt we would be as "forgiving" as Israel. We are a 2 state nation with the native Americans. Too bad though.
