:)

My personal spiritual journey and experience began over twenty-five years ago.
I believe a spiritual life has to be acquired and the depth of a spiritual life goes beyond understanding.
I do not have a clue about your situation, but I will say that in all likelihood, you need someone close
to help with guidance, support, love, and spiritual maturity.

'All the scriptures, interpretations of Bible quotes, etc., etc. may be meant to help, but spiritual
nurturing touches life in a depth of wisdom that requires more than can be read or quoted.

Hello..I'm not exactly a Christian and I'm not here to fight. I'd like to find a mentor bc I've had a lot of spiritual things happen to me
Jesus came to set the captives free. He delivered everyone who came to Him. That includes myself. I was much troubled by the occult. I know the power of Jesus to deliver.

Hi Michael, all that is awesome to hear! It sounds like God is calling you.

You can post about the spiritual happenings here if you feel comfortable doing so. You also might enjoy the "singles" part of the site, the vibe there is pretty chill and it's a good place to hang out and get advice.

All the best, I will say a prayer that you find what you are looking for! 🙏 😁

Hello Michael, I can relate to where you are because for me that point in my walk with Christ happened in the year 2000 in Alaska. One thing you need to understand is so many able folks will shy away from true mentorship because in true mentorship, it takes a LOT in your own life. A lot of devoted time and resources to truly mentor a person. The rewards however far outweigh the sacrifices. The problem we have had in society is there just are not enough mentors to go around for the need there is for them. "Where are the mentors.". So do not get discouraged if someone shy's away from you. It happened to me a LOT back then. One way I found to deal with that is opening myself up to being used by God to help others. Doing this will almost always get you focused on others rather than your own growth as God takes over and HE mentors you. While doing that God will start bring the people into your life. Man I started volunteering for EVERYTHING I could find and God did some amazing things through those interactions. It was amazing what God did back then. So, Hello and there you go. God bless you, Michael. When we get out of our own selves and reach out for others, God does amazing things!

Hello. In response, a questionable expression of one's own Christianity won't be faulted here, I am quite confident in that. Like many have stated, a support-base is instantly at your disposal. But, to be sure, if these 'spiritual' things are indeed a stronghold of paralysis to even struggle to express yourself, God knows what our foe (Satan) does and how deep his devises. Don't stop seeking here and don't be fooled by any external failures that you may perceive of Christianity elsewhere. We here are in the fight, and most of the time that fight can be complex. But He is in the business of turning the hopeless into a fortress.

Yes, true, and 'we' as well also need to study so 'we' will not be ignorant of:

Satan's Devices!
( praying hopefully this helps... ):

"Lest Satan should get an advantage of us: for we are not ignorant of his devices.”
(2 Corinthians 2:11 cp "put on the whole armour Of God" Ephesians 6:10-19 AV)

Amen.

Acts 2:38-41

38 Peter replied, “Repent and be baptized, every one of you, in the name of Jesus Christ for the forgiveness of your sins. And you will receive the gift of the Holy Spirit. 39 The promise is for you and your children and for all who are far off—for all whom the Lord our God will call.”

Matthew 3:15-17
New International Version

15 Jesus replied, “Let it be so now; it is proper for us to do this to fulfill all righteousness.” Then John consented.
16 As soon as Jesus was baptized, he went up out of the water. At that moment heaven was opened, and he saw the Spirit of God descending like a dove and alighting on him. 17 And a voice from heaven said, “This is my Son, whom I love; with him I am well pleased.”

Ephesians 4:32
