Do you realize the copy they found was only a few percent complete though ? We don’t even know what most of Enoch’s books say it’s all guess work
and so you believe there were four hundred fifty foot giants who ate all the trees and animals and people ? And they are the result of angels breeding with human women ?

Jude commented on the book of Enoch even in first chapter. And Enoch was of the 7th generation.
Most likely who built the pyramids.
I have no doubt some angels mated with women of the earth.

Interesting .. I am sure I have a rebuttal somewhere, let me think.
Often when people vote for someone, there will always be those who look at both sides and go with the majority vote.
They can not really see the issues to be understood and live by the motto, "safety in numbers."

Satan only got one third of the angels to side with him.
Two thirds stayed with the Lord! A majority.
Within the two thirds?
Were some angels who simply went with the majority, their hearts not truly with the Lord.
So....
The Lord, knowing this, already had a plan to weed them out at a right time.
Enter - Genesis 6.
That is why Jesus tells us...
“If anyone comes to me and does not hate father and mother, wife and children, brothers
and sisters—yes, even their own life—such a person cannot be my disciple." Luke 14:26
And, the word "hate" in the context was not as malicious as some might assume.
It is like when you hate broccoli and will not eat it if placed on your plate.
It does not mean you are out to destroy broccoli.
It just holds no appeal to you.
Likewise...
When any loved one is placed next to the Lord and wants to win you away from your devotion?
Needing to choose whom you love more?
It will be be no contest. You will hate in comparison oned to the other.
When placed next to the Lord?
Even though you still love them?
They will have no appeal.
To be a disciple...
It is under those circumstances, we are to hate all loved ones who might try to come between us and our love for the Lord.

The full Book of Enoch only survives in its entirety in Ge'ez (Ethiopic) translation.
I consider Book of Enoch scripture as well as a hand full of others. When I hear the bible only contains 66 books it has man's hand print all over it for it is a man's number. Antichrist is another example--666. Antichrist is not an angel

Well then there a discrepancy between the Bible that says angels are 144 cubits tall or 216 feet and the book of enoch 450 feet.
I was just wondering if he believed that part of Enoch’s book of watchers i don’t want to get into another debate about this subject . Was curious if he had read the book and if he believed it’s claims wasn’t trying to argue him or anything just curious

Actually, the Book of Enoch originally probably did not say how tall the giants were. Contrary to Charles, Schodde, and Laurence, Enoch 7:2 contains a scribal corruption in the Ethiopic.
On this point, I agree with some modern textual scholars that the Greek version of Enoch 7:2 is closer to the original.
Nickelsburg/Vanderkam translates verse 2 from a Greek text which says nothing about the height of the giants:
“And they conceived from them and bore to them great giants. And the giants begot Nephilim, and to the Nephilim were born Elioud- and they were growing in accordance with their greatness”.
Bottom line is, originally, the Book of Enoch very likely did not say how tall the giants were

In the NT we get the word angel from the root words Holy Ones, whether fallen or faithful angels. Also from the root word Holy Ones also we get the word saints.
Jude 1: 6 And the angels who did not keep their positions of authority but abandoned their proper dwelling—these he has kept in darkness, bound with everlasting chains for judgment on the great Day.
Rev 9: 13 The sixth angel sounded his trumpet, and I heard a voice coming from the four horns of the golden altar that is before God. 14 It said to the sixth angel who had the trumpet, “Release the four angels who are bound at the great river Euphrates.” 15 And the four angels who had been kept ready for this very hour and day and month and year were released to kill a third of mankind. 16 The number of the mounted troops was twice ten thousand times ten thousand. I heard their number.
Why are these angels in bondage at the river Euphrates?

Genez, yes angels can get bigger and smaller at will as they are spirits. But Bible only talks about nephilim twice their not of much importance but if they did exist in the way some think. It's likely they are mules and have all died. But I think it's more like what my pastor said that it was of the spirit. Like how born again Christian recieve the holy spirit they received the devils spirit. And like the mother the children were evil.
Now if the line of nephilim line continues down to even today then people would say "I was born evil/this way". But the bible says Jesus came for all.

It was never God’s will for any angel to sin. Sin is not a part of God’s will.
