I don't know if he has, but Biden preemptively pardoned all of them. They can never be charged with anything if they take the pardon. Biden did this in response to Trump's threats that all these people should be in jail. It'll stop any political prosecutions before they even start.

We should not fool ourselves. Biden didn't do this because of Trump's threats. Biden knows, as well as most Americans.......Many laws were broken. To the point, that many should be in jail for the rest of their lives or worse.

It's not just threats; his pick for FBI director, Kash Patel, also wants to get these people, that's why Trumped picked him. Trump is lining things up to get revenge on his enemies, as he promised.

Maybe you're fooling yourself, but my eyes are clear. The Donald has a long history of getting even with people who he perceives have done him some injustice. Doesn't matter if these people are guilty or innocent, he drags them into court just to make their lives miserable and make them fork over enormous amounts in legal fees. That's way he rolls; he's a seriously unstable dude.
