But I do have a question for you since you don't understand the Eph 5 passage you quoted above. When the OT saints died, where did their souls go?

Yes, Paul is talking about five specific individuals in Rom 9. We must understand Paul on his own terms, on the basis of his reason for writing in their place (called the "occasion" for writing) and in the context of his own words. Paul did not have nations in mind. Paul in Rom 9 is explaining to his Gentile saints to whom he was writing that even though Israel has historically been an apostate nation -- a nation who largely rejected their Messiah, God's Word has not failed, neither has God rejected THOSE Jews whom He has foreknown from the foundation of the world.
Also, your interpretation serious conflicts with Rom 9:21. Explain to us, please, how THREE nations comprise ONE lump out of which God makes two? (Of course, if we throw Pharaoh into the mix, then we're dealing with four nations and two lumps!) What about all the other nations in the world? God didn't deal with them? All the other nations in the world, God has abandoned?
Also, which lump is the odd nation out!? God made Ishmael into a nation, Issac into a nation and Esau into a nation. So, where's the third lump or four if we toss in Egypt?
Finally, explain to us who or what the "same lump of clay" is from which God made two lumps of clay.

We become perfect when Jesus returns and not before.

Correct, in that we have the righteousness of Christ now as a gift.
But we live in a body of flesh and the spirit within and we are in an internal conflict.
Our faith is necessary now but not when Jesus returns.
Our hope in Jesus is for now but not when Jesus returns.

Everyone of us were once a child so this verse is for every person ever born or conceived.

False teaching. And Im not going to waste time explaining that scripture to you, you are not teachable. I will say, the names written in the lambs book of life are there permanently, they shall never perish. There names were written there when they were born into the world as rebel sinners hating God.
“I call the heavens and the earth to witness about you today, that I have set before you life and death, the blessing and the curse. Therefore choose life so that you and your descendants may live."
I believe that the book has been sealed so that no name can be added nor deleted!
You might wanna read Mat 18:6 of that passage. The "little ones" for whom God is not willing for any to perish are believers. If God was not willing that anyone on this planet should perish, then none would! Everyone would be saved.
Context really does matter.
