It's a great error when someone would state because God allowed Satan to do this to this person it means it automatically will happen to you. God works on us individually. The ignorance of some here is astounding.
your ignorance is showing here -- it was Satan who had permission to take all he had and kill his children and bring disaster to him ----it was Satan who made Job suffer and brought him down to the ground to groan and whale in his sickness and diseased body which he brought upon Job ----- not God ----
God raised him up and replaced everything he Had 2 fold -----

Yes being in his presence filled with life I once experienced his love so richly my body could not handle it that is just a small drop of his love imagine if we were to experience it more
But satan didn't knock him down he threw himself down in worship my ignorance is not here just because God allowed satan to take his materiel things does not mean satan himself laid a finger on him or knocked him down would you care to try again because your argument falls on itself you can neither prove nor disprove here your trying to make scripture say something it isn't and you need to have more respect for it than that

My mothers sister was suffering terrible depression as a young woman. They even had to put her in hospital over it, not having help like they do now days. But one night she went church and she and her cousin were supposed to sing a song before the service. He was playing the guitar and she was singing. She has passed now but she told the story more than once. She said as they began to sing the song something hit her where she got up on her feet and danced all around the church and back to the alter and sat in her cousins guitar case. lol It was funny but it was also serious because she was set free of depression that night. You know the Spirit brother, whether from God or the devil. it's called discernment. You had a touch from the Lord, don't let people tell you anything different.

Yes Discernment is key even @studentoftheword said this but if discernment was being used they would look at the fruits of what came about it my foot was healed I was filled with life like a surging of electricity just because it goes against what they believe doesn't make it not from God and so far they say it is to stand against false doctrine but they have shown little evidence to stand on as far as scripture goes just more taking out of context and trying to make scripture say what it isn't
As far as I can tell they have no leg to stand on, and don't get me wrong I respect their dedication to studying the word as they do it for six or eight hours a day from what they told me but seeing how they use scripture like that.... I don;t know I guess I am just kind of disappointed I had great respect for them but now I am just a little dissapointed.
Granted I also do not have much to stand on either finding the laying of hands is easy in scripture but the holy spirit making a person move like that I have yet to find one for that.
Then again our bodies are a temple for him and surrender is a vital key to God so I surrendered myself and his temple moved so to speak
Why I should explain laying of hands away?
They all do it. It is the question who is behind.
Again, falling down in the scripture because of the power of God is general falling on the face, means forward for worship and awe. Falling backward is so far I understand the bible to see as sign of judgement and not of blessing.
