Agree, nor should experience be used to interpret scripture.
Correct, rule # 7 Bible study Rules!:

The Best "Interpretive" Commentary On The Bible Is: The BIBLE Itself!

NEVER ever interpret The Many Plain Scriptures by the "few" difficult verses, But,
ALWAYS Always Interpret
the few Obscure/Difficult/Dubious verses By ALL Of The
MANY Plain and Clear Passages Of God’s Pure And Holy Word!

+
"For we walk By faith, not by sight" (2 Corinthians 5:7 AV)
Amen.

I would just like this question answered let us say it was not from God and was from the devil where in scripture does satan have the ability to posess or knocl down a believer in Christ? as far as I know there isn't so who is to say it was not from God and if it was from satan on what basis does one make that claim if there is no recorded scripture of it?

Explain why is it not from God?
Where in the bible you find that people fell backwards? I know this only from pentecostal and charismatic teachings and expieriences. BTW that was the reason in 1906 why many german denominations were against the new pentecostal teachings.
But today we see in germany that the most denominations and missions accept pentecostal and charismatic teachings. A good sign?
I would say a sign of endtime. And no good One.

No I mean en actual explanation not a generic one that can be applied to any kind of situation what about what I described in my op makes you think it isn't from God

There are several times in the bible where God's presence or power made people fall down and I have never seen in the bible that happening from the devil and this event did happen so if it isn't in scripture that people fall backwards the same can be said of the devil so either way in your stance it isn't in scripture period but regardless it happened so if it isn't in scripture then how do you explain it?

you say it was not from God but it also wasn't from the decil was it or else there would be documentation of it in the bible so your argument has no basis except for your distain of charismatic or pentecostal teachings which I am neither and never was taught those teachings either so on what basis do make your stance?

in the bible there is laying of hands that happened to me in the bible people fall in the presence of God that happened to me to but these things happening from the devil? nope not even once in the bible so it seems to me there is more evidence going for it being from God than from the devil in fact what evidence is there that it was from the devil at all?
