Did God anticipate that fallen man would have adequately actionable volition whereby a CHOICE could be made to enter into the Covenant and be redeemed?

Of course He did. Otherwise the plan of salvation would not be what it is.

Well the Word says that men love their sin and refuse to turn from it. I would say that is the answer to the question. We have free will to choose to love God and follow Him or to walk away. It's a pity so many choose their sinful lifestyle.

well maybe it's a funny thing that people who add to what Scripture actually says never understand what the big deal is when it's pointed out to them that they're adding to what scripture actually says. Seems to go well with His being love, perfectly intermixed with gracious, benevolent, merciful, etc.... Then understanding how perfect essence works together with righteous, just, etc... And that none of these are stand-alone, including His sovereignty.

Is that so? Well, I think that makes NO Biblical sense.
But this makes perfect sense. And fully accords with the entirety of the Bible from cover to cover.

People make choices out of their nature, and the nature of the natural man is different than the nature of the spiritual man. Many conflate the two and consign to the former qualities and abilities that only the latter has. For instance the natural man cannot receive or know or understand the Spuritual things of God. The gospel message is foolishness to him. Expecting him to be able to believe the gospel is like expecting a bad tree to produce good fruit. Something has to change first and only God can effect that change.

Getting almost beaten to death by Satan and CHOOSING LIFE at the last moment is perfect adequate as well.

Bible specifies in a way they know it is God. The passage doesn't leave room to add foolishness to it but plainly claims they know it is God.
