are you his judge?
It was a joke based on how others judge.
Peace be with you xxIt was a joke based on how others judge.
I will probably have soooooo, soooo many favorite gorgeous verses from the Quran because it’s just… just such a beautiful book. I mean, the violence just somehow makes me go, “Islam, the religion of peace”, when I read it. But so far I gotta say, this is my favorite verse.
-Quran 2:79
“So woe to those who write something down with their own hands and then claim, ‘This is from God,’ in order to make some small gain. Woe to them for what their hands have written! Woe to them for all they have earned!”
Ironic, isn’t it?
أَفَرَأَيْتُمُ اللَّاتَ وَالْعُزَّىٰI wonder if you are expressing those extremist Muslims and expressing Allah in their hearts with their own ideas.
I tell Christians that they need to read passages of the Bible in context, not just cherry pick to "prove" a pet theory. It is necessary to treat the Qu'ran the same way. Reading the Qu'ran produces little but confusion, and, in me at least, disgust. Whatever else it says, we need to remember that Mohamed received nothing from God. He said nothing that is not widely available from Greek philosophy, Jewish and Christian writers, and of course, the Bible. Confucius did much the same thing, using Old Testament principles as part of his philosophy.I haven't dwelved deeper into the Quran but people I've been meeting have been opening my eyes with the fragments of wisdom I have.
Mo was supposed to get his "revelation" from God, yet he did not know the meaning of "Messiah"?Well, my favorite is just ten verses further along in Surah 2:89: There comes to them a book from Allah, confirming what is with them. [See f.94, v.136, S.6:92 & S.10:37] "Them" refers to the Jews and Christians, and "what" refers to the Old and New Testaments, but unfortunately Muhammed did not seem to understand the meaning of Messiah, and so most references are rather anti-Christ. :^(
أَفَرَأَيْتُمُ اللَّاتَ وَالْعُزَّىٰ
[19] Have ye seen Lat. and 'Uzza,
وَمَنَاةَ الثَّالِثَةَ الْأُخْرَىٰ
[20] And another, the third (goddess), Manat?
Quran 2:79 warns against falsely claiming God’s words for personal gain, emphasizing honesty and accountability. It highlights the importance of integrity and the consequences of deceit.Muhammad was illiterate.
The Koran supposedly came to exist as he dictated to scribes what he claimed Allah inspired in him. And it was from there the Koran came to exist.
He tried to sell his amalgam of Judaism and Christianity reworked with his own slant, to the Jews in Medina first.
They sent him away.
Then he found what were said to be nomadic Arabs who listened and believed his fiction because it made inferior both Judaism and Christianity. The foremost faiths in the region at the time.
I am on your ignore list which is fine.

I'm actually writing this so others will know something about the man-made not god inspired Koran, and your commentary provided that opportunity.

2 Peter 2:16 But was rebuked for his iniquity: the dumb ass speaking with man's voice forbad the madness of the prophet.
Why is this being allowed? Freedom of speech is one thing .. obvious Rage bating!
GOD chose Isaac’s line to bring His Son into this world to Testify and Save us. I don’t see why this hasn’t been removed. You can’t separate Islam from the koran.
We are all exercising our freewill and adhere to the Truth or deception. It can’t be mixed.
I guess it is a sign of the times and will accept any ban for expression my opinion.
A Christian chat should not host writings from the koran.
Quoting the Quran/Koran is only necessary for debates or apologetics in regards to Islam or with Muslims.Hard to say. All I know is as a Christian I have no use for the Quran.

I have read the Quran and their is beauty in Islam and some things I agree with but I can’t think it’s ok for a man to have many wives and a woman only one or for a man to marry and have sex with a nine year old and a few other things.
a thing I’m not keen on in Christianity or Islam is hell.
I don’t want to believe in such .
The most compassionate and merciful should simply seperate the horrible ones (even if they appear good to humans they deceive fake models ) and the true beaut legends and they don’t have to mix with such instead mix with beautiful genuine true beauts.
I can’t be Christian or Muslim or any religion but I do believe in Jesus just in my own way.
The quaran says that allah is not a man that would have a son. False book period. Anti Messiah. Remember when satan tempted YESHUA (JESUS) He used some truth.I will probably have soooooo, soooo many favorite gorgeous verses from the Quran because it’s just… just such a beautiful book.
