free thinkers can be exasperating to some, if they believe that they should be able to prescribe what others should think.I don't think that is what he was going for I think rather he is a bit exasperated from encountering so many like this
Well if you come to such people in this place just remember to shake the dust off your feet and walk away such people are not worth your time. Glad to see you again by the it has been a whilefree thinkers can be exasperating to some, if they believe that they should be able to prescribe what others should think.
Jesus said it, "Most will have an outward form of godliness, denying the power, whereas His Own would do greater work than He. If we aren't seeing and a part of greater works, something is wrong, and it isn't on His end. This seemed only to generate the snooty, holier than thou spirit in churchgoers, a body of the assholiness.
That time of greater works is coming my friend I have seen itJesus said it, "Most will have an outward form of godliness, denying the power, whereas His Own would do greater work than He. If we aren't seeing and a part of greater works, something is wrong, and it isn't on His end.

I wasn't talking about you. I was referring to Christians In Name Only (CINO) who believe in the rapture.
I noticed you were back earlier! But I wasn't on the browser that allows me to use the happy or heart emoji so thought I would wait to say, "It's good to see you're back!"Glad to see you again by the it has been a while
oh man that emoji thing is a headache lolI noticed you were back earlier! But I wasn't on the browser that allows me to use the happy or heart emoji so thought I would wait to say, "It's good to see you're back!"![]()
You were talking to those in this thread who believe in a pre-trib rapture. I highly doubt those who are CINO (using your reference) would even be in this forum, let alone this thread. They would most likely not even know what you meant by a pre-trib rapture if their understanding of Christ is as deficient as you claim.
If you don't know your audience you should most probably not say anything.

where do you stand on the subject?Good point. We who are outside from the traps, and even auspices, of group-think are indeed exasperating to that crowd. Refusing to conform to some status quo has always been the bane of those who have not developed and honed their critical thinking skills. That doesn't make any of us better than anyone else, we just don't think like everyone else who dances to the beat of some denominational or churchianity-centric set of drum dogmas.
As for me, I'm still learning, and remain teachable when a right and proper case is made that gives me reason to reconsider. Ad hominem has never encouraged me to follow after those who engage such low and pathetic tactics practiced by some out there.
Thanks for your comment.

not a good thing to sayMaybe you should get a life lol

yes it does I was just curiousAs an Israeli, going along with group think, I would still be denying Christ as Messiah, but I do not, which, in relation to my fellow Israelis, I'm a free thinker. In relation to Bible-believing followers of Christ, I am pre-Millennial and pre-trib rapture.
In other words, I reject the various levels of replacement theology, which very well characterizes the mid-trib, pre-wrath and post-trib doctrinal positions. As much as some hate the idea, we have no choice but to apply some level of our God-given reason when reading much of scripture, thus my current position.
Does that answer your question?
