You know, I have a lot of problems just like everybody else.

But being a ghoulish hyper-condemning hyper-Calvinist isn't one of them.
And thank God for that.
A unregenerate person is dead to God, dead in sin

I have little use for psychiatry. Or willful ignorance.
And I have no doubt that psychiatric medicine, likewise, would classify you as totally unredeemable. They would very likely say that it would take nothing short of a miracle to restore your sanity.

And, you are not a learned dude?

You are uneducated?
The fear of the Lord is the beginning of knowledge and wisdom and understanding also comes from God, so I have nothing to be boastful or arrogant about, since I have nothing that I haven't received from the hand of God.

But you have no problem subscribing to hyper-Arminianism whereby you exalt sinners to being worthy of God's grace, which is an oxymoron, of course.

Faith comes by hearing the Word of God!
Simple. Romans 10:17.
"So then faith comes by hearing, and hearing by the word of Christ/God."

What one believes and accurately understands of Scripture? That becomes his faith.

It's what counts with God.
And the several bible cites I provided are not in your version of the bible? Don't you know that unless God unstops dead ears, or removes the scales from dead eyes, they can "hear" the gospel from now until the cows come home but it will never resonate in anyone's heart? As Cam and myself and others have repeatedly said, it takes both the Word and the Spirit in order for a person to be come to life (be born again).

You pervert the truth by presenting 1/2 of it, as though it is the whole of the matter. It is not! A half truth never equates to the whole truth and nothing but the truth.

Then stop belittling people like Paul and Luke, who were highly educated.

You are going to remain the way you are.... unless God unstops your dead ears, and removes the scales from the dead eyes of your heart, so you can "hear" beyond the limiting little box you feel safe inside that you can master, and desire to bully others with.

You hold no authority over me... Though, you crave to have it.

"I pray that the eyes of your heart may be enlightened." ... Ephesians 1:18a
That was written to saved people. You have eyes that now still need to be opened.

But they were never boastful and arrogant the way you and CV5 are.
Paul was accused of being boastful, and a bad speaker...
Because of people like you.

You're in the Bible to be learned about.

Yup. That is the way I see it.
That is the bitter root from which this bizarre Calvinite tree of death grows.
And the Angelic conflict Answers this calvie nonsense. They are doing exactly what Satan did and IS doing. A freewill creature with volition choosing The Lord Jesus Christ for their salvation Glorifies God and His Son. And Proves to Satan that he is WITHOUT excuse. God gives every one of His creatures a fair and balanced chance at salvation....... Calvinism is a witness for Satan. God is just willy nilly choosing creatures to save and condemn at His leisure. Satan has a case if that is true.

Anyone who denies that mankind has the moral ability to respond to the Gospel positively based on the power and truth of the message of the Gospel and insists that personal belief must be given by God personally at the point/moment of salvation because they cannot otherwise respond positively is a "calvinist" I gladly take the "provisionist' label.

You can call it another thing of you would like, it is used because it is a good short cut descriptor for the this central wrong doctrine!
My "churchianity" was a reformed church. I know the 3 point Calvinist. I know the 4 point Calvinist. I know the hyper-calvinist. I know the compatibilists. I know the determinists. I know the soft determinists.......

They are all hyper-calvinists at the end of the logic. Many just have a really good word salad with honey mustard to 'sound' good. And we never wanted to be called a "Calvinist." We did all we could to distance ourselves from that term. Hence all the terms we tried to use other than just plain ole Calvinism.....Yet, I misrepresent them. I know it like the back of my hand.

Satan would love to prove that God's creatures have no free will.

For it was his free will that signed on the dotted line to his condominium in the Lake of Fire.

"God made me do it!"

But was Paul n ever boastful. It seems to me he only boasted in the Cross of Christ and not his "great learning".

Well there it goes. Whoosh!
The ghoulish Calvinite geyser of nihilistic condemnation and damnation.

Reminds me of the entirely predictable Old Faithful. Except for the name of course.

Absolutely correct.
That way, God gets all of the blame and none of the glory.

And Satan thinks (at least he tell others that this is what he thinks!) that he (and the rest of the fallen host) is thereby immune from
judgement since he argues that it is God Himself that is the ultimate author and originator of sin.

This is the Calvinite way. This is the lie of Satan. Satan approves.

Fortunately, the Bible says otherwise. A great comfort to those of us who know that God is GOOD. Which BTW is exactly what Adam KNEW to be true. Which is of course why Adam WAS NOT DECEIVED!

And the Angelic conflict Answers this calvie nonsense.
The angelic conflict holds the answer as to why God permits Satan to enter heaven to accuse believers before Him day and night.

Why should God allow for it?

When it already tells us that the Cross nulls out anything Satan can use to accuse us with?

When Satan demands someone be punished? Even for some believer to be sent to the Lake of Fire,
for horrible sins some believers commit (i.e. David committing adultery with Bathsheba and then
having her husband killed in battle) ....

Satan's accusations always get thrown out in God's courtroom on the basis of the atonement of the Cross.
Yet, God judges the believer justly and accordingly.

My dear children, I write this to you so that you will not sin. But if anybody does sin,
we have an advocate with the Father—Jesus Christ, the Righteous One. He is the atoning
sacrifice for our sins, and not only for ours but also for the sins of the whole world." 1 Jn 2:1-2

Isn't God omniscient? Why does God need Satan to give God a report about our sins?

Why does God doesn't simply tell Satan to shut up, and not to bother Him anymore?

Understanding the angelic conflict explans why.

grace and peace .......

[1Co 4:9 NLT]
Instead, I sometimes think God has put us apostles on display, like prisoners of war at the end of a victor's parade, condemned to die. We have become a spectacle to the entire world--to people and angels alike.

[Eph 3:10 NLT]
God's purpose in all this was to use the church to display his wisdom in its rich variety to all the unseen rulers and authorities in the heavenly places.

Old Faithful???

It's more like a septic tank backing up with a vengeance!

(God decreed that I would say that)

Those are good questions. And we(as believers) should ponder them.
Because, God is Fair and Just. And while Satan is judged and we know his judgement.....God is allowing for Satan's appeal trial.....the Angelic conflict. Satan is trying to prove his case and God is allowing it......Further PROVING that our God Is fair and Just in His dealings with angels and mankind. Fair in the sense that God gives each individual exactly what they need to make a informed decision for or against His Son.

Every time a person believes in the Lord Jesus Christ FREELY, they witness to Satan that he was judged righteously.

We could write pages on this topic!

"God made me do it!"
Better than saying the devil made me do it.

And the last thing Satan would want is to reveal the utter helplessness of the spiritual dead. His schtick is with prideful, self-sufficient, self-serving Arminians like yourself, so that he can get you, CV5, Kroog, etc. to boast in your own goodness and how worthy you are of God's salvation. The last thing Satan wants revealed is that man's only hope for salvation is to cry our to the Savior to rescue them.
