I made the same mistake by putting the price of the wedding ring in my ex fiancés hands. The ring she wanted was a $30,000 ring and she wanted no other option. That relationship ended very quickly after that.
Yes. None of those examples bother me. Some examples that do bother me, is talking to themselves, asking me random questions that they can search on google, walking at a fast pace in the house and getting so angry at inanimate objects that they yell in frustration at nobody.
if you designed a fantasy proposal that would wow your future bride for the rest of her life and you had unlimited resources to make it happen, where and how would you do it?
Big warm pretzels, corn on the cobb w/butter parmesan cheese cayenne pepper, and/or a turkey leg, cotton candy & just good water after all that, lol[I love the tallest, fastest, scariest coasters.

It's like my system needs to go big or stay home. If it's going to go on a big thrilling ride, it needs the G-factor, speed and real wind that come with it. If you try to trick my brain by sitting it in a seat that tries to mimic motion while running dazzling movie effects in front of my eyes, I pretty much turn into a very sick lab rat.
BUT, I hate missing out, so I will take motion sickness and attempt going on the ride anyway, then close my eyes the whole time just to be able to hear the ride's story!

The tapping I could handle and maybe just start tapping along with him to point it out and see what happens. Biting nails and cracking knuckles doesn't become anyone.

I'm pretty boring so you would be disappointed with my answer. A marriage proposal from me would sound more like a business proposal. "I think this is a good idea for us to do because this, this and this. What do you think?"
Patience. You can't have patience without love.
I have known people with love to occasionally lose patience anyway, but I have never known a prideful, arrogant person to have any vestige of patience. If she has patience, there's somebody worth getting to know.
Now here's the room dividing question...

i’m going to start dividing the room by saying, iPhone and all Apple products are in my opinion better but that is because I create things and I don’t play video games.
If my date has an android phone, along with a windows PC, I believe that is her personal choice but I do think that if she did get Apple products, that our text conversions would be a lot more entertaining due to the synced enhancements and fun options that Apple users share between devices. Also, if we got married, I would try to convince her to move to Apple products, so she can be on my iCloud+ family plan, so she can get all of the privacy and security features, that android/windows devices, just aren’t up to date with.

I thought you meant loooooong distance. If I have my tunes playing I could drive 8 hours to meet a girl. When I was talking earlier about meeting at a halfway point, I was assuming something like at least a 14-hour distance.
Thanksgiving dinner at your family or hers?
Shoot, I drive four and six hours just to meet friends I know from chat... A piddling little old 2-hour distance wouldn't stop me from meeting a girl.

Not currently. We seem to make things work. I live in Southern California and she lives in Oklahoma, yet we still make time for one another every day and we do have date nights via zoom call on our laptops. It’s something I’ve never done before but she makes me feel like I did right out of high school and I seem to make her feel in a way she has never experienced in her life. So it works out.
Well, she has no family left, so either we are having Thanksgiving dinner together at her place or she is coming here and we’d be going to my aunts house for thanksgiving lunch in fountain valley, California, for my moms side of the family…and then 6 hours later, we‘d drive to Murrieta, California, to go to my dad’s wife’s mothers house to have thanksgiving dinner for my dad’s side of the family.
i know we should save this for December but what is one Christmas gift you can get someone you are dating, without going too overboard with the gift?

I'm at a point where I'm probably guilty of OVER-communication. Like I'd probably want to set limits of how much we spent and of course, what I got for the person would all depend on what they like or want.
I think it also depends on how long you've been dating and how serious the relationship is. I've known a lot of people who have gone overboard right away, and it causes a lot of problems (disappointment if the relationship doesn't develop into something more serious, obligation if the gift is too expensive, etc.)
So I'd probably ruin it all by talking the person to death about the subject first!
If the couple is local to each other -- whose church do they attend regularly? The one they like most? Or should they switch going to his and her church equally?
That's a hard one esp if they're both established in their churches, but ultimately if one is far ahead on it's teachings and results, I'd say stick with that one and bow out gracefully from the other. I actually have two churches one local and one online so that's a thing also.This is a really great question.

Would you choose love for a season (due to things like age or possibly health), or would you rather just not experience love at all?
I wouldn't mind a bit, but my family wouldn't like it much. The hypothetical lady would probably have to talk to my family about this. Not to worry about, my family is nice people. They haven't bitten anybody yet. The theoretical lady would need to have a good reason to bring though.
How dangerous can a date's hobbies be before you gotta break up? Roller coasters? Skydiving? Gator wrestling? Where do you draw the line at your potential spouse putting himself or herself in danger?
Love is so great one is blest to be in it long term or short. Do what you have to do to be with the one for you, what can top that.
Since a close friend of my son just passed due to attempting a dirt bike trick, I'd be like no risky stuff allowed being a widow isn't fun.
You really really think someone is cool at a get together and they're chatting with other friends there. How would you get his/her attention, or are you too shy and just hope you'll meet in the future?
