It's not good that you don't recognize the opportunity to share the gospel. Paul saw opportunity everywhere and made the most of it:
Acts 17:23 For as I walked around and looked carefully at your objects of worship, I even found an altar with this inscription: to an unknown god. So you are ignorant of the very thing you worship—and this is what I am going to proclaim to you.
24 “The God who made the world and everything in it is the Lord of heaven and earth and does not live in temples built by human hands.
And then he went on from that to preach to the people of Athens.
So handing out tracts about the Lord and the Gospel with the treats to children who might not otherwise get to know God is actually a great way to spread the gospel. Especially to children who's parents don't bring them to church.

Really, though, this is the second post I have responded to you in 5 minutes where you have put your own thoughts and opinions over what God is saying to people. I can respect those who just don't know yet that the gifts of the Spirit are still active and who will respectfully say so, but to just keep putting your own opinions over God's without explanation is a very weak position.
