Don’t know why but I’m experiencing a bunch of mental pain the last few days, ever since I started working again. I don’t know why I have such a hard time working for others. It’s like when I work for them, I’m like connected to them. So if they are exhausted and done for the day, I’m exhausted and done for the day. I pushed through about an hour after she was done and wrote a giant to do list for her to complete. She may not even need my services after this. I basically taught her everything I know in a short period of time and now i don’t believe she has any use for me. So that was short lived but hey, i got caught up on a few of my bills. It’s hard working with someone who doesn’t know much about technology and how profitable online marketing can be. My assumption is she wants to keep it all physical, such as pop ups and art galleries but I see so much potential to expand and I don’t think she sees that.

So please pray for me if you can. I really don’t have the energy to be separated from something else.

I feel like I’m in suffering mode again, so I guess it is back to the good ol Bible, worship music and pray.com as my coping mechanisms again.

Sometimes the best response is to stop and rest. Jesus wants us to rest in Him. Sometimes "spirituality" is treated like a moving target it really is not, it the opposite.

... for anyone who enters God's rest also rests from their works, just as God did from his. 11 Let us, therefore, make every effort to enter that rest, so that no one will perish by following their example of disobedience.
Hebrews 4:10

Thanks, it seemed like the only day she had a full day to work on the project was a Saturday or the sabbath and apparently she is resting tomorrow. So here I am now resting.

Well the resting I am thinking about is more than the physical rest, the deeper rest which is free of worry, anxiety and human effort.

I pray I can get there
What pleases God is belief in/trusting in Him and His promises it releases His Grace in your life.
Lean into Him.

Christians make it all so complicated, it isn't ... He wants us to draw from His living waters but somehow we tend to think His Grace is rationed, not so, the well never runs dry

I pray that I no longer have unbelief. I still am unsure of what living water really is, sometimes I feel like I receive it from being on here. Sometimes I think I receive it from worship music or reading the Bible or listening to pray.com

Sometimes (or often times, depending on the person and situation) we find ourselves in incredibly difficult seasons of life. Sometimes they are excruciatingly difficult, and they leave us on the verge of hopelessness. These are the times that are critical that we draw ever close to the Lord and wait on Him. In these trying times, the most trying of times, the test (if you will) is whether we will fully trust in Him. Fully and completely trust Him. This is a time of valuable growth. The pain that alters.

"These troubles come to prove that your faith is pure. This purity of faith is worth more than gold, which can be proved to be pure by fire...But the purity of your faith will bring you praise and glory and honor when Jesus Christ is revealed."

"Wait on the Lord: be of good courage, and he shall strengthen thine heart: wait, I say, on the Lord."

Of course, I'll be praying for you. For strength to endure. For comfort while waiting. And for the blessed rest HeIsHere mentioned.

I am better than pain, I would think ;)
I agree. I was attracted to your kindness and over all good times with others on here. Plus your writing is like the best. No wonder you won those awards. You should do something with that. You’d probably win everyone’s heart.
