That is decent for the price.

I would ask questions to determine use case first. He might want something a lot cheaper that is not water resistant and doesn't need the range of bluetooth 5 or the audio range of 20 watts.

But for a one-size-fits-all solution, that's pretty good.

I know they have gone big with those chargers this year. Four separate battery chargers, on a four-port magnetic base so you can charge all four of them at once!

But if you're such a power user that you need that, you might as well just get a unihertz tank phone and be done with it. 23,000 milliamp battery, and a light on the back that will light up a whole campsite.

Depends on what it is And how good of a bargain It is.
Maybe i would for a top of the line 8k 40” tv from a regular price of $999.00 to $200.00
