Two of my mother's sisters were placed in Hospice care this week. One has leukemia that hasn't responded to any treatment that she can tolerate and the other has Alzheimers. Her brother is having breathing difficulties. He is not in Hospice care yet.

Please pray that God will allow them to go home without any suffering and that he will be with those providing care, and comfort all of the families.

I can't speak for their hospice. The ones around here limit the patients ability for hope of recovery though.
I learned that when patients don't respond to certain treatments, the insurance companies often condemn them to death. They offer bounty for the quick demise to those who might make it if they just had proper care.
My Mom lost her insurance claim when the Occupational Therapists did not do their jobs. In fact they caused her harm by feeding her large tablespoonfuls when the surgery cut the muscles used for swallowing. She still had to heal from their throat cut and I advised her therapists because the woman made Mom aspirate/ choke on the food. She was clearly feeding it to her way too fast for Mom to keep up swallowing. Since she "didn't show progress with occupational therapy", the insurance company denied the claim. It was up to my brother to contest it and reapply.

She was soon taken off the insurance claims for other care and I was told that her only option was to be killed like a dog at the pound (my words, but quite accurate.)
I scrambled to figure out a solution to finding a special piece of equipment so I could care for her at home. Their money maker was hospice "comfort care", which meant death.
She would have survived with proper nutrition, which they refused and with time to heal, which they and my brother refused. I just thought you would want to know, so perhaps they have a chance.

My Dad has been close to death and given up on many times by the Drs.
God proved them wrong. I had to get involved fight for his life, however. He was most at risk with some.
May the Lord heal them all and protect them from harm.

I don't know if she will respond to this, but there are cancer patients that have reported very positive things about it.
I made a tea of it according to the recommended protocol and fed it to our dog. Her large stomach tumor shrunk and her energy returned as I described in the other post.

American Indian Tea

I have no affiliation with the person who sells it. I have spoken to her over the phone and she answered my questions well.
I will pray for your aunts and uncle.
I will be interested if any of them respond favorably.

"Let us pray peace to be upon those in their last hours.
May the good Lord come to be with all intended, bringing comfort
and family love and acceptance of things to come."
'Amen'

Just to put things into prospective, my aunt with Alzheimers is 97, my aunt with leukemia is 93 and my Uncle is 89. All are saved, and are ready to go home.

We have an excellent Hospice organization here. They do everything possible to allow our love ones to pass on painlessly.

There comes a time that those of us left behind have to let our dear love ones go. During this time please pray that God will give my family the strength to get through it.

Well my pastor shared a story with me one time. He asked me "Do you think that the Father is sad when when a believer passes on?" After a moment of thought I replied, no I don't think so. He is glad that another soul has come home! Just remember all we go through is just "light and momentary troubles."

Father, bring Bill close to You and touch him with Your presence! Love him through all the things that have been going on and lift him up with your strength! Thank you Father!

In the name of the Father, the Son and the Holy Spirit, amen.

Almighty Lord, blessed be Your name forever! Hear our entreaty on behalf of this family. Heal the sick ones, comfort the sufferers. Bring to their consciousness the understanding that everything happens for a reason and that You are in control. May they be consoled by Your word of wisdom and instruction. Bring their souls peacefully to Your Heavenly Kingdom whenever You want it. Thank You so much for Your care. In Jesus Christ's name, amen.
