@Lafftur you can start by studying these Scriptures:

Man is deceitful (Jeremiah 17:9), full of evil (Mark 7:21-23), loves darkness rather than
light (John 3:19), cannot come to God on his own (John 6:44), does not seek for God
(Romans 3:10-12), is helpless and ungodly (Romans 5:6), nothing good dwells in his flesh
(Romans 7:18), is a slave of sin (Romans 6:20; John 8:34; 2 Timothy 2:26), cannot receive
spiritual things (1 Corinthians 2:14), is dead in his sins (Ephesians 2:1), is by nature a child
of wrath (Ephesians 2:3), is at enmity with God (Ephesians 2:15), hostile to God and cannot
submit to God's law (Romans 8:7). Therefore we rightfully conclude in accordance with the
conditions described of thenatural man in Scripture that his inherent inclination is to reject
God. Thanks be to God, Who appoints people to believe (Acts 13:48), chooses who is to be
holy and blameless (Ephesians 1:4), predestines us to adoption (Ephesians 1:5), calls according
to His purpose (2 Timothy 1:9), chooses us for salvation (2 Thessalonians 2:13), leads us to
and grants us repentance (Romans 2:4; 2 Timothy 2:24-25), grants the act of believing
(Philippians 1:29), works faith in the believer (John 6:28-29), causes us to be born again
(1 Peter 1:3), born again not by our will but by His will (John 1:12-13), draws people to Himself
(John 6:44), grants that we come to Jesus (John 6:65), predestines us to salvation (Romans 8:29-
30), and circumcises our heart (Romans 2:29), all according to His purpose (Ephesians 1:11).

I gave them to you already but you said nothing about them. You ought to look at them.
There are more, too. Those are just the ones that are currently on my panel (Post #317)...

Jesus Christ did NOT rescue me, He gave me a choice. I chose Him, LIFE.
Really bad theology here at best, and heretical at worst.

You in essence rescued yourself because you were smarter or just a better person than those that reject Him?

.. not by works of righteousness we have done, but because of His mercy, He saved us...

Apparently, according to some, Jesus does not save.

I think you need to ask about free will, since it is not taught in the Bible.

What is taught is that the natural man is a slave to sin.

What is taught is that the natural man is hostile in his mind toward God.

What is taught is that none seek Him, and all are unrighteous. ALL!!!
Adam CHOSE to sin knowing it was wrong before he fell.

How can anyone be judged by God for their sins if they do not have a choice?

In New Jerusalem, there will be a single forbidden fruit, if you will. Of which there is no forgiveness , neither in this world, nor in the world to come. I suspect that the Lord will have a long talk with anyone who might consider partaking of it, before hand. But the point is, that as long as we refrain from it, we will be choosing the Lord. So that each of us, throughout eternity, will be there with the Lord because we want to. Without it, we would have no choice in the matter of our remaining there or not.

Why are you asking me that? I have NEVER said man does not have a choice.

Why don't you respond to what I actually say instead of what you imagine I am saying?

Why do you continually refuse to deal with the Scriptures I have given???

Stop throwing them over for your man-made doctrine!

Satan knows how to quote scriptures and twist them. I have peace depending on the Holy Spirit to give understanding of the scriptures.

Everyone has free-will and needs to make their CHOICE to believe in Jesus Christ and receive Him as Savior, Lord and King.

You keep ignoring the Scriptures I have given. Why?

Meanwhile you give none, just your opinion, predictable emotionalism, and logical fallacies.

Everyone has free-will
Well that's a lie. And not something Scripture teaches at all.

Go read your Bible.

What is the difference between free-will and having a choice?

People make choices out of their nature. Unsaved people operate according to the flesh, for that is their nature.

The natural man is a SLAVE to sin. That is EXACTLY what Scripture teaches. There is no free will in that. Not a speck.

When the gospel of Jesus Christ is preached and the Holy Spirit gives understanding of the message to the unsaved person, that person now knows the Truth and has to make a choice to receive Jesus Christ or reject Him. This is the freewill I am talking about.

Everyone has freewill to choose to receive Jesus Christ as Savior Lord and King when the Holy Spirit opens their understanding of the gift of salvation in Jesus Christ alone.

What do they have before that point in time?

Have you ever heard of a slave escaping? They use their God-given will. They see something superior to their current incarceration and see that it's available, and choose it. The publican who said, "God, be merciful to me a sinner" was unsaved and a slave to sin when he willfully made the choice to say that. Then the Lord rescued him.

God calls each slave of sin to become a rebel with a cause.

You still have not answered my question from days ago...

They use their God-given will.
Ho hum. I certainly have not said nobody has a will.

Scripture ACTUALLY teaches that the will of the natural man is bent away from God.

Yeah! Imagine that!!! The natural man is HOSTILE in his mind toward God.
