The left is evil? Do you consider these things to be evil?

What's really hilarious is the fact that were it not for governmental programs, Fred Trump (Donald's father), would in all likelihood have been a successful businessman at best, but not the wealthy tycoon he became. He got the help of the National Housing Act (1934, F.D.R.) and one of its programs, the Federal Housing Administration (FHA). He also got three lucky breaks in the form of the Great Depression, WW2, and the influx of soldiers returning from the war, creating a housing shortage. He milked the NHA and the FHA for all they were worth.

After completing his two massive apartment buildings, Shore Haven and Beach Haven, he ran ads in several New York City newspapers tooting his own horn:

"For generations, the Statue of Liberty has greeted newcomers to the United States of America as the symbol of our basic freedom which has made possible the American Way of Life. And now a new community at the entrance of New York Harbor symbolizes this 'American Way.' Shore-Haven is one of the greatest housing projects ever erected by a private individual. It is a fitting greeting to all aboard the liners as they leave the ocean and steam up New York Harbor. Passengers may now look out on a panorama of modern American buildings at the spot where a little more than a year ago there was no sign of life . . . only sand dunes and tangled grass . . .
Shore-Haven is a new monument to the American spirit of free enterprise. The project was conceived, planned, executed by Fred C. Trump, acting as a free and rugged individualist to meet the basic need for human shelter."—Lucky Loser, Russ Buettner & Suzanne Craig, pp. 34-35

Not a word about the NHA or the FHA. All this self-aggrandizement sounds remarkably like the Donald's; like father, like son.

The man has done many things wrong throughout his life and continues to do so until this day.
Ya know, I'm almost willing to overlook his personal flaws; we are, after all, electing a president not a saint. However, his character defects are an indication of his judgment, which isn't that great.

More than this, the man has no idea how to be a president. He failed miserably during his four years as president and then didn't get reelected. When that happened he led an attack on the Capitol. Yeah, great presidential material. His list of business failures is a mile long. And we're supposed to have confidence that he will have a successful presidency this time. His whole grift relies on people not understanding the guy is clueless.

Trump is now selling Swiss watches (a tourbillion evidently).
And I could care less. And yes, Trump is not the sharpest knife in the drawer that's a fact.

But he is a blocking chessboard play preventing a communist/WW3/civil war checkmate.....so he gets the vote.
Simple as that buddy. Wakey wakey.

Another rug pull. Are loyal Democrat voters perpetual chumps and useful idiots? Asking for a friend.

Gavin Newsom has dealt a blow to reparations efforts in California ©AP
Governor Gavin Newsom has dealt a blow to reparations efforts in California that will see the state formally apologize for the lingering effects of slavery after he vetoed a key property bill.

The rejected Senate Bill 1050 would have helped Black families reclaim or be compensated for property that was unjustly seized by the government through racially motivated eminent domain.

There you go little buddy. A reality/sanity check for the delusional.

The Deputy Director of ICE says as of July 21, 2024, there were 662,566 noncitizens with criminal histories on ICE’s national docket. 62,231 have been convicted of assault, 14,301 of burglary, 56,533 drug-related, 2,521 of kidnapping, 15,811 of sexual assault, & 13,099 convicted of homicide. All Americans are at greater risk for violence because of Kamala Harris' open borders. We need law and order again in this country and we'll only get that by voting for President Donald Trump.

How does one lie so easily?

We LIVED through the peace and prosperity of the first Trump Presidency!,

We know of another entity that so easily lies. Wonder if there’s a correlation?

JD Vance will make an appearance today at Lance Wallnau's Courage Tour in Pennsylvania. Some may recall Wallnau proclaimed that Trump is "King Cyrus," and falsely prophesied he would win in 2020. Lately he's been saying Kamala Harris has a Jezebel spirit and uses witchcraft. Now Trump has the "Elijah mantle" which will defeat Jezebel. You can't make this stuff up. If you want to know where right-wing MAGA Christians get their ideas, well, here ya go. I wonder how many of the attendees at this event realize Vance is Roman Catholic.

Can any one explain why Trump supporters are in favour of this?
That video is a joke.

Ohhh.... what shall we ever do if we cannot murder our babies or stare at porn after our evening meal to feed our empty souls, what a wicked world that would be.

Heritage Foundation so evil, how dare they promote limited government as opposed to a country run by the administrative bureaucrats.
So evil.

I am wondering why you call yourself "true believer" actually that you seem to promote the very worst of the far left agenda.

Democrats have been evil for a long time.

If only black Americans could wake up to how the Democrats hate them, and have destroyed their families and communities, they’d never vote for these demons again.

From the very important article:

One of the most insidious and destructive policies unleashed on all poor people, but primarily directed at the black family, was President Lyndon Johnson’s War on Poverty. It was supposedly intended to “not only to relieve the symptom of poverty, but to cure it and, above all, to prevent it.”

This was a lie, and a knowing and evil plan that while wrapped in supposed good intentions was really designed to destroy the black family structure -- keeping them dependent on government forever. LBJ admitted as much with his brag that “I’ll have them n*ggers voting Democrats for 200 years.”

It didn’t border on evil, it was evil -- and remains so to this day.

For in this welfare plan was a simple, but diabolical design certain to damage poor families -- black, white, and everyone in between.

An honest fellow Democrat, Senator Daniel Patrick Moynihan begged LBJ to not include this provision as he knew its evil intent. But LBJ refused to do that as this was the linchpin of his entire plan. His plan to have blacks -- and all poor people -- vote Democrat for 200 years wouldn’t work without the destruction of poor families.

What was this linchpin? The inclusion of a provision that all these wonderful welfare benefits would be available to black mothers and children but only if no father -- or any man really -- was involved in their home lives and their children’s lives. And the more fatherless children they had, the more money they got. The much maligned “welfare queen” was a planned creation of the federal government.

But only if that one condition was met -- no father living there. They even regularly sent welfare agents out to check if a man might be living with the woman. This was one of the primary goals of “home visits.”

I'm not a Trump supporter so I can't really say. All I know is Project 2025 wants to impose strict governmental control in the name of family values and conservatism. It wants to concentrate power in hands of a few individuals. Republicans are the ones always complaining that the Democrats are Marxist and Communist and want to impose tyranny; it actually seems the other way around to me.

I should also mention, the architects of Project 2025 are the Heritage Foundation. Many of it's members have close ties with Trump. They've been pushing their agenda under different names for a long time; at least since the early '80s. Keep in mind these people are unelected, but they want to set the agenda for the US. Bad news any way you look at it.
