He parked on the street and climbed into the hedge row which is just next to the sidewalk. He waited 12 hours for the Donald to show up. His social media posts show he voted for Trump in 2016 but had become disillusioned with him. He has 100 criminal charges against him in the state of North Carolina. I'm not sure how many of those resulted in convictions. The firearm was acquired illegally.

Lying takes much more effort than telling the truth. A polygraph can detect stress, not the same as a lie and certainly doesn't explain what the lie is, but the effort to beat the polygraph can overwhelm a good liar.
What really does work is micro expressions, vocal stress analysis, and someone who is very well trained in questioning techniques. Also the reason they will question people for 24 hours is to get them exhausted, again trying to overwhelm a very good liar.
So although they don't care very much about the results of a polygraph they will still use them. So saying they have been "debunked" is too simplistic. A polygraph does not tell me if you are lying or telling the truth. But people who can tell with a very high degree of accuracy can tell you with a high degree of accuracy if you are lying or telling the truth will still use polygraphs as one of many tools.

Who could forget Biden 's speech when he railed against Trump and MAGA Republicans with a hellish red background or when Biden said “it’s time to put Trump in a bullseye” just days before the first assassination attempt. Then we have Harris who stated that Donald Trump is a threat to our democracy and fundamental freedoms. This type of rhetoric fuels hatred and could very well lead to violence. Hence, two assassination attempts on Trump only 5 weeks apart! The democrats really know how to exploit and abuse the word "democracy." Tyranny could inevitably end up becoming the outcome of their idea of democracy. Someone once said that democracies eventually degenerate into totalitarianism. America seems to be moving in that direction under the democratic regime.

He got out of a car in a parking lot with a rifle, and crossed the street where any car driving with their headlights would have seen a rifle, and then jumped the fence to get into Trump's golf course with a rifle? That seems like a terrifying minute afraid someone will come and see you at any second. How far was the car parked from this? Did he have to travel a hundred yards? A rifle is very difficult to conceal, and in the middle of the night people are always going to pay attention to that man sneaking into the Presidents golf course.
