They are the whole Gospel of John, particularly Jesus' seven "I AM" claims that identify him with the God of the unburnable burning bush in Exodus 3 and 4.

This is an excellent observation, brother. When all hope appears to be lost due to our poor choice to rebel against God, He stays with us and is there in the background throughout history promising us through both testaments that He will redeem us. Revelation is the perfect ending to the written Word of God, yet that's not the end of the story. Jesus is the Alpha and Omega, and we will be swept away into eternity and ultimately the New Heavens and New Earth where Righteousness will dwell in atonement and redemption forever.
Yes brother - the twenty-four elders adore God and fall before Him in awe and thankfulness. And, when the worthy Lamb takes the scroll:

The four living creatures and twenty-four elders have harps, and there is music and praise in heaven before our God. The image of the "golden bowls full of incense, which are the prayers of the saints" is very powerful as well. Can you imagine the scene at the Throne where on top of the worship and praise from the heavenly host, millions to billions of prayers are also released before God continually from all of God's saints here below.
What's interesting to me about this "new song" that's sung to the Lamb here is the reference to the four creatures and twenty-four elders being "redeemed...to God by Your blood." I always thought the four creatures and elders were angelic beings, but the reference is they have also received redemption by the Lamb's sacrifice? Were they once humans who passed away and are now in a glorified state serving and worshipping before our God? They were redeemed "out of every tribe and tongue and people and nation."

The call is for us all to choose to either believe God in risen Son or not, each knowing what they choose consciously. That is why God says, there will be not one person with an excuse
All will bow, all will know and then each will go to whatever they chose, when that time comes. therefore it could be who these Elders are and were
