Suppose for a moment that this is illegal.
It most certainly is. After the disgusting incident, Arlington National Cemetery stated

Federal law prohibits political campaign or election-related activities within Army National Military Cemeteries, to include photographers, content creators or any other persons attending for purposes, or in direct support of a partisan political candidate's campaign

Do you think that anything illegal is going to stop Trump supporters from supporting him and him getting elected?
All this does is make the leftists more laughable. "Oh look Trump broke another law".
Guys, you've been trying to prosecute him for a year and all you've accomplished is that you've made him more popular.
So Trump supporters don't mind, or even prefer that he break the law? That doesn't speak well of his supporters, does it?

I mean we are waaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaay past the phase where a politician's career might be in trouble if they lied. If they lied mind you and nothing else!
Now they can break the law and it's a badge of honor.
This is where we are at this stage in the game.
It's definitely sad. The Republican Party needs to ditch Trump and MAGA and get back to sanity.

I haven't looked too deep into this topic, all I have read is that it's illegal to take pictures in the area where the pictures were taken.

Has this been debunked or is this true? I haven't seen an actual argument in support of the pictures taken being done so legally.

Hopefully someone can provide an actual argument why it was legal to take pictures there? I've only seen emotional appeals and whataboutism with Biden staring at his watch.

section c., specifically. note that there is not a carve-out here as in section b., "other than official ceremonies;" i.e., the letter and the spirit of the law are abundantly clear that no partisan activity can be held there, with no exceptions.
the Trump campaign has indisputably violated section c., and has provided irrefutable evidence thereof on social media.

as well,

(8) Filming or photographing will not be permitted if it conveys the impression that
cemetery officials or any visitor or family member is endorsing any product, service or
organization. Additionally, ANC will not authorize any filming for partisan, political or
fundraising purposes, in accordance with the Hatch Act, 32 CFR 553, and AR 360-1.

Whether they and his crew broke the law, or the spirit of the law, the larger question is what is wrong with people these days, even that family, such poor taste and impropriety. And then his defense team ...wow!

Seriously, it is getting harder to feel sorry for the demise of this once great nation.

That would be prior to Ronald Reagan and the Neo-Cons which have taken over both parties by the way.

Good luck proving anything. All was done for the sake of the families. Perfectly legit and within the law.

It's the same pose he does when he's hawking beans from the Oval Office (which was also illegal btw)

Start by acknowledging that a man in a dress is not a woman. That would be sanity.
Until then i will take a nap and see how the episodes go in-between.

In America, people have the freedom and liberty to live as they wish, and in the vast majority of cases it's really not anyone else's business.

Even more than this the voters need to send an overwhelming and clear message that says: We've had enough of political wannabes like Donald Trump and we won't tolerate him a second longer. If the voters keep voting out clowns like Trump, maybe the Republican party will start to get the message.

That would be correct because another indicator of how low the society has devolved.

Exactly and Trump is living his best life right now trolling the leftists.
If you want to come down to reality then acknowledge that insanity was started when Obama made bathrooms a priority.
Until then ...

So what is so bad with Trump ending these $$$wars$$$ (including civil wars) that are bankrupting the nation?
Cuz there is no doubt whatsoever that the present regime is going to land us in WW3. Thats the plan and everyone knows it.

And ONLY Trump/RFK/Tulsi want them to end. In other words, they are the Anti-Neo-Con party. Same goes for the freedom caucus group.

Thats all we got lady. Thems the choices.

Yep, that plus Trump clones like Lake in AZ losing big (which the polls show is likely) will hopefully be enough for the GOP to hit the reset button.

Look.....that incident is hardly a blip on the radar. Insignificant.

WW3 and destruction of the 1st Amendment and BofR?
The cancelling and jailing and assassinating presidential candidates?

Now that is the biggest of big deals.

I think he's trolling you by forcing you to defend the desecration of soldiers' graves and now by being pro-choice.

Trump supporters have already had to surrender any authority to lecture about sexual immorality or the rule of law, and now it'll be interesting to see if they're willing to give up their pro-life views.
