I compared them in so much as to say it's MORE weird, possibly illegal (not sure), about Joe showering with his step-daughter. You're somehow interpretting that as if I am equating their acts. Perhaps you missed this point? No one put them on par.

Nevertheless, both are weird. It's also not a defense to point out what Joe did... For this reason, I pre-emptively pointed it out as to defuse any sort of "whatabout'ism" defense to deflect how weird the picture and the quote of dating his daughter is.

Let's try to find common ground on this. I said if Trump never commented about how he would date his daughter (and never calling her "sexy"), then the picture posted wouldn't be overly weird for me. For me personally, it's the picture with his comments about his daughter that make it weird. Do you think it's weird to joke about dating your daughter if she wasn't your biological daughter? Do you think it's weird to call your daughter "sexy"?
