Sounds like we are due for revival.
And I wish you were correct....
However there's a problem.
Social media.

Social media is the cause of emotional callousness and exhaustion. And everyone seems addicted to it.

In 30 minutes how many stories, videos, and memes can you ingest? Each one illiciting a different emotional response from rage to lust and all points in between. Just 30 minutes....

Logical self reflection and introspection does not happen often enough anymore with this constant distraction. And that is part of the Revival/Renewal process. It will be reduced to a meme and scrolled past with a flick of a thumb as something undesirable in favor of a funny cat video.

Because Trump appears arrogant and doesn't seem to be a respecter of persons garners the 'unchristian' label, but no one knows His attitude toward God. Who is more likely to truly humble themselves before God? Trump or Obama? Trump or Biden? Trump or Pelosi? Trump or Harris? It is my opinion that those others mentioned would be more apt to be 'be humbled to God' before you (in front of you), but Trump would not consider anything 'your sight' to be relevant in His approaching God's throne. That is, all that matters to me in my approach to God is that I am, 'in God's sight."

That's why i keep saying that the Internet is the worst thing that has happened to humanity because it's confusion and war for the mind.

I had some time to think about this for a minute...(and Trump's publicly declared relationship with God)

The internet is simply a tool. Like a gun, a drill, a shovel, an axe. It's not the internet driving people to more wickedness its mankind's desires and they are simply using EVERY tool at their disposal to achieve total depravity.

Secondly....
Trump's relationship with God is a denial of God's immanence. He does not believe God is immanent.

But that's the crux of the Gospel message: God wants a personal relationship with you. That's not saving faith.
It might qualify as a non aggression arrangement with Christians....but it's still in hostility with God. It's a complete rejection of the core of Jesus's ministry or Peter's confession "You are the Christ, God's Son....God himself"
Where the acquiescence that Christians do not intend harm is somewhat of a relief from those in the past....it's still not really what we desire either.

Now I'm almost certain you mean eminence, not imminence.

And I have to agree. Human nature is what it always has been. We just have more opportunities to express it now. Things that were not technically possible or socially permitted are now wide open and full throttle. But it's not because human nature has become more wanton. It's just because now we have the avenues to express it.

The word 'tool' is used a lot in American society especially when it's related to guns, but think about this John:

Before the Internet you had the village idiot. Everyone knew who the village idiot was and knew how to handle him properly.
After the internet, the village idiot goes online finds another community of idiots and tries to infect the 95% of the Internet.
So what the Internet has done is give the village idiot a very large megaphone to reach the whole world, whereas before the village idiot was just sitting there alone in the village trying to convince the rest to listen to him.

The reason the Internet is worst than the atomic bomb is because the bomb is physical, so everyone and every nation knows the limits very well and knows when to stop.
Since the internet is mental, there are no limits to the amount of insanity which can be achieved. It's limitless.
It's the worst thing for the mind.
It should have stopped at around 1999-2000 when there was a sense of hope and excitement for this new technology which was going to change the world with rapid communication and exchange of knowledge.
Little did we know that it was going to turn into a minefield of filth, nonsense and sheer insanity which is lowering the IQ of world populations worldwide.

First John has several tests whereby one can tell if another is a Christian. I think Trump fails on all accounts.

So does Harris, and RFK and Biden, and Obama, and Clintons what's the point? Christians helped all these people get into office or will help.

Acknowledging God does not make a Christian.
It is repentance and faith that brings a person into the Kingdom of God.
Trump is habitual liar, adulterer etc. He shows no sign of repentance or allegiance to the Lord Jesus Christ.

The sway he has over many Christians is like that of Hitler over the Church in Germany. History is repeating itself.

As for his near miss with death, could it have been a wake up call for him to get right with God? I think so.

Please stop comparing people to Hitler. It is disrespectful to the death of innocent people murdered in the Holocaust. It's also an asinine statement. No one in office now is "like Hitler". What happened to the Jews and other innocent people was horrific. I believe Harris leans toward Marxism, like her father before her. But I don't think we should be making outrageous claims.

1 John 4:

2 Hereby know ye the Spirit of God: Every spirit that confesseth that Jesus Christ is come in the flesh is of God: 3 And every spirit that confesseth not that Jesus Christ is come in the flesh is not of God: and this is that spirit of antichrist, whereof ye have heard that it should come; and even now already is it in the world.

Also,

1 Corinthians 12:

3 Wherefore I give you to understand, that no man speaking by the Spirit of God calleth Jesus accursed: and that no man can say that Jesus is the Lord, but by the Holy Ghost.

Until you witness Trump confessing Jesus as Lord, I would not make any assumptions about him being born-again...

He has already, look it up on Youtube.

My big question is.... why in the world are you requiring Trump to "be a born again believer" when you do not hold ALL presidents or candidates to the same standard?
Is Kamala born again? Being of Indian heritage, I seriously doubt it. What about Pelosi, and Schumer, and every other person that has been elected and put into office? Is AOC a believer? Was Biden a believer? How about Bill Clinton?

Why does it matter whether Trump is, or is not, born again? When did that become a requirement for the presidency?

Second question is..... who appointed ANY of you to "decide" whether another person is truly born again? How about you take your OWN inventory, and let every one else worry about their own salvation.

My goodness, you Pharisees amaze me....
Sorry, I didn't read this far and I can't delete my post. You beat me to it. :)

Ooooooh there is a great line I could use right here....

But no. You seem like a nice person. I can't use a line like that on you. You probably don't deserve it.

Haha my hubby just told me today to stop being so "nice". I took a loaf of bread that someone had opened and left on the shelf and gave to a Wal-Mart worker. She didn't even say thank you, just gave me a dirty look.

On the other hand, I wouldn't want you to go easy on me. I just feel that we are down playing the horrors of the Holocaust when we're always screaming this person or that person is Hitler. I said the same when some Christian friends of mine said Obama was the anti- Christ.

No...
I meant immanent. Meaning God is living and active in the lives of mankind. You can have a personal relationship with God.
God is not distant and unconcerned.

He has already, look it up on Youtube.
My original post wasn't intended to bash Trump. I pray that he survives, that election fraud is foiled, and he gets into office.
It was intended to answer the question that has come up in the past.
I have 3 reasons why I don't believe he is saved according to the Bible.
I'm praying that God sends someone who will share the gospel with him.
Romans 10:8-

I don't use one's salvation as a prerequisite for voting for a politician, but he answered the question.

It seems like those who read my post may have misunderstood.

I John 5:12

12He that hath the Son hath life; and he that hath not the Son of God hath not life.

He doesn't have the Son of God as his Savior.
This is one solid proof that he's not a Christian. He might identify as one, but he places his faith in his good works, not the Son. John 3

18He that believeth on him is not condemned: but he that believeth not is condemned already, because he hath not believed in the name of the only begotten Son of God.

But Biden and kamala pass? Get the heck out of here. 🤣

Some people think God is a communist and thinks people should be poor. Well yes I could see how trump being rich would make him not saved then. But thankfully wealth and abundance actually come from God...

No person is perfect enough to get into heaven. But trump acknowledges God... therefore he's automatically blessed. And if you think God is not on his side take a look at the rally where he was less than a cm away from death.

I personally think that none of them are going to get a pass when it comes to Heaven. I will never vote for Kamala. I hope that the dem's attempts to steal the next election will be stopped. They will doubtless try again.

My point was a simple one to settle the past debates as to whether or not Donald Trump is a saved born again believer. I prayed that the assassination attempt will humble him and God will send a bold believer who loves him enough to tell him the gospel. His spiritual advisors have not. Perhaps some local man, woman or child will knock on his door and share the good news with him. It would bring joy to my heart to hear of his testimony where he changed his mind about trusting in his goodness because a child shared John 3:16 or Ephesians 2:8 with him.

8For by grace are ye saved through faith; and that not of yourselves: it is the gift of God: Not of works, lest any man should boast.
