Perhaps you should phrase that properly, since it is the natural man who cannot will himself into believing
despite the many -including yourself- who deny what Scripture explicitly states on the matter. God commands
all to repent, He has consigned all to disobedience, the natural man cannot accept spiritual things that come
from God, and the natural man is UNABLE to submit to God's law. Or maybe you just like misrepresenting.

You’re right all have been deemed sinners , some will believe the gospel others will hear the same things and reject it but this is not God making the decision and determination of who believes or not it is hearing the word that initiates the outcome and our response to it

All of us need the gospel it doesn’t matter who we are , sadly , not everyone is going to realize it because when we hear and don’t accept it , it becomes harder to hear over time the more we reject and disallow the less our ears work sort of a slow demise
No one is forbidden by god from bekieving the gospel and no one is forced by God to believe it’s like a wedding invitation like the parable Jesus tells us of the kingdom
Its an invite sent out from Jerusalem to all the world and every creature to come and attend some will hear about the invite and they will have better things to do with thier time and energy than to prepare and go to the wedding others will run to the wedding
The only thing stopping us from believing is ourselves and once we refuse belief then there’s a blinding that happens

It’s hard for us to say “ I believe in Jesus “ and then also not believe the things he taught and he taught alot about our behavior and our need also to change it as well .
If we believe in Jesus we should believe his testimony about salvation into his kingdom also that’s what begins to cha he our behaviors when we listen to what he was teaching believers in him about thier behaviors

our behavior needs to change as well but it’s a result of beginning to jeer and trust Jesus it’s a reward of bc king into a relationship with him truthfully , if we have the holy ghost , then we need to be living in ways that please God and don’t offend his presence with us if we really believe we have his spirit I mean

Our behavior really needs to change along with our mind and hearts but that’s what causes it when our minds and hearts change to repentance our behaviors follow
It is still presented to all people to believe God or not. It is an equal opportunity to be born again by God or not in belief to God that will not quit. Read Job, Job would not quit, yet did finally get a little haughty over the world counselors, and God finally took him and revealed pride to him, by asking him, did he make?
I think that begins around chapter 30, or so. However, if you believe, then will you continue to believe God, even in any and all adversities?
