It is interesting then, that nobody, no dem and no rep could proof it. No Single court could proof that the claim: the election was stolen is true.
I mean the rep did everything to proof it. But could not. So it is just an claim, which is far away from the truth! Till today.

Nothing ever made it to "proof.". All of the lawsuits were dismissed for lack of standing.

Yes, it turns out that in most cases it is up to the AG and State representatives to oversee elections, not up to the judicial system. Yet that doesn't stop the uninformed to keep pushing the false narrative about "lack of proof".

some whom i know well works inside the federal court system, and they are loathed at the idea of tacking election fraud cases, due to the massive potential can of worms it could open..

Correct. And that was about the lamest excuse that the Supreme Court could come up with. In fact it was a BLATANT LIE. Every state has a standing in knowing that there was either election fraud or there was not. So does every citizen.

But SCOTUS betrayed America and the American people, and as a result we now have Communists running for office and determined to destroy America. There will definitely be election fraud again, since the whole world knows that huge numbers of illegal foreign invaders have been given bogus IDs to commit election fraud.

The Heritage Foundation has confirmed this and given us several criteria for election integrity: The foundation bases its findings on 14 criteria, six of which address voter ID, accuracy of voter registration lists, absentee ballot management, harvesting restrictions, access of election observers, verification of citizenship, private funding for election board members, and election audits.

Yeah, he actually put in the work, tends to make you look tired. As opposed to Harris looking as fresh as a spring daisy from sitting on her round behind and letting Obama drive the stake through Bidens heart. I never in a million yrs. thought I'd say this, I feel bad for the old man. What a hateful shrew she is. First she accused him of being a racist and Tulsi Gabbard came to his defense. Then Obama pushed his DEI pick on Biden after she called him racist. Now they decide he's no longer useful and they stab him in the back and shove him out of the race. I doubt he understands yet what happened. Harris better watch her behind, she's making enemies in high places.

Why do you keep talking to him? He has made his position very clear, if he wants to investigate he can.
 
If Demoncrats were watching the election hour by hour in 2020 and saw that it was a close race at 3 o'clock while they were getting ready for the victory party and the News said it was close they would not begin the party early but instead get in the car and go vote. If by 4 the News said it was even closer they would have panicked and taken off work to vote.

On the other hand If the News came on at 3 and said Trump was ahead and then again at 4 a many of his supporters may have grinned from ear to ear and went outside and lit the BBQ pit and began the victory party and thought they didn't need to go and vote because it was a done deal. The News is a dangerous thing and has power to stimulate thoughts into peoples heads and have them believe they can do one thing when they should have been doing another. In 2024 if they tell you Trumps winning at 3 and by a landslide at 4 don't lite the BBQ pit go vote.

but, on election day, one cannot cast a legal vote after the stations have closed. as they long since have at 2, 3 ,4 am.

And that does not even address the manipulation and corruption of the voting machines. It was recently shown in a court of law how easy it was to manipulate a machine and get the results you wanted. And those machines have not been banned, and will not be banned.
 
The voting machines are like a magic trick where they have you looking trying to figure out how the magician tricked you. You wont find the answer in the place where the magician suggested you look all you will find is that you cant figure out how he could be winning at 4 but somewhere in the night he has lost. In 2024 if the News tells you the polls have trump winning don't stop voting.
