I've known some people who were not as good at something as they thought they were, but they never know it because... By definition... They think they are better than they are.
The only way to find out if I'm not as good a Christian as I think I am is to ask somebody else who knows me.

Yes.... that was my point.... so far, he's just doing drive-bys..... I don't think any of us need someone blowing through just asking "stimulating" questions, with no discussion.... of course, I could be wrong about that....

According to the profile, Jase is female and separated.
I don't know what her personal writing style or purpose is but... Maybe she's writing these things/using the forum to help distract her from some things going on in her life. I've seen others do this several times over the years. They want to participate, they want to converse on the forums, but they can't put it into writing. I remember a former young user who was an engineer, and he tried his best to participate in the threads. One day, out of frustration, he said, "I hate that my brain only thinks in numbers and not words, so I can't say (write) what I mean." Poor guy -- I really wanted to give him a hug.
I know that for myself, I use CC as a distraction from life all the time, but my style -- as people know all too well -- is a bit more wordy.
Sometimes people dig up old threads because they can't find the words to use themselves, which I am also guilty of.
@Jase, if you have the time, we'd love to hear more about you and get to know you better.

I just wish we had something more here to go on. As it stands, one does have to admit it comes across as a bit supercilious.
The things that are said on an internet forum only affect you as much as you let them. Nobody here has any real power over you at all.

Do you mind if I ask what it is that you have seen here that makes you think that some people are not very "Christian"?
That would be an interesting discussion, I think.
It has been my observation that most people here are willing to discuss, back and forth, nearly any topic... and most often in a friendly, open way..... if you let them.... and participate.
I would enjoy that....
