Take one little nap (which is my right, as this is my day off) and everybody gangs up on me behind my back.

*Lynx makes off with all the cookies, to assuage his feelings.

@Lynx! Oh Lynx!

Don't throw away those pom poms just yet!

Looks like Susanna is generously saving you a spot. :cool:

(For those of you wondering, this is a joke carried over from another thread.)

*Seoulsearch tries to explain:*

Well you see, it all started when Susanna said she needed a cheerleader for her team, then Oncefallen said something about Lynx looking ok in a skirt, and Susanna saying, "I think I've found my cheerleader!" :LOL: And...

Uh... Yeah. It's a long story. :whistle::D
Looking ‘OK’ gets this team’s wheels spinning lol.

Great news, @Susanna -- Lynx is interested in the position!

Now you'll have to negotiate his salary -- and does it cover the cost of the cheerleading outfits, or will he have to bring his own? :LOL:
The cash flow is a little tight, but the team will cover all expenses for the right person. We really can’t afford to miss out on this spectacular opportunity!

An aquarium is probably the only place I won't get hungry while visiting. Unless I spot a pizza shop somewhere in there of course.

Mmmm... Shrimp pizza. Now there's an idea! Seafood based pizza at the aquarium.

Probably a conflict of interest though. They're trying to get you to STOP thinking of sea creatures as seafood.

Sea food and pizza should never be talked about together.

I already ate it. My feelings needed a LOT of assuaging.
what about guilt?have anything of that going on? I mean ALL the cookies I was awarded.
Sorry for dropping the ball here...

Seeing as Lynx stole all the cookies Niki was given for her posts, I believe she asked for cheesecake instead.

We can do that!! Most definitely well-deserved, especially for being such a good sport. :D

Well back to the fishies and other aquatic life. I've been swimming with dolphins, manatee, sea turtles, but the chance to go cage diving (well if it can be called diving when you're barely submerged off the side of the boat) was cancelled due to rough seas :( Someday I will go swimming (or sitting in a cage underwater while they swim around) with sharks. I hear some places do tours where you can swim with whale sharks so I might do that. Or rather I might go on one of those tours then rethink getting in the water with a 40 ft long behemoth.

It is possible that I have been swimming with smaller sharks and just not seen them, especially since I've got crappy eyesight, but I don't think that should count. It's very possible if you consider being in the same ocean even if you're miles apart to be swimming with a shark.

You can swim with fishes all you want.

But from what I hear it is much more dangerous, often fatal in fact, to sleep with fishes.

Hello. Sorry for contacting you here, but I don't want to pay for a subscription fee since I will be leaving. My question to you is this: I want to change the name of my account to something else, as I don't want my name associated with this forum. How can I accomplish this task?

Best aquariums that I ever saw were at Sea World in Orlando, Florida. The Livings Seas expo in Epcot has a walk-through aquarium. That was awesome too.

Can't remember if there was an aquarium in Animal Kingdom at Walt Disney World but that has to be the best zoo that I have ever been too. Animals were free to roam the grounds. Awesome.

Growing up in Detroit I often went to the Detroit Zoo. Didn't care much for seeing the animals in cages. It was kinda of a lame set-up. They did have a cool little train though that would zip you around the park.

Can't go wrong with home baked cookies, that's for sure.

I assume this means you want to change your name so that all your posts that remain on the forum will have the new name of your choosing, even if you leave the forum?

That isn't possible.

The only name change that you could do is to close your current account and open a new one under a new name, but all your old posts would remain the same under your @2ndTimothyGroup name.

I'm not an administrator at all, but others have requested the same as what you are asking, and as far as I know, in the 15 years I've been here, it's never been done.

I don't think it's possible in the system.
