Utah passed a resolution opposing the new regulations that changed "sex" to "identity", and two different federal judges blocked them in 10 states, including your beautiful West Virginia.
i'm not certain, but i think i remember this evil plan originated with an EO from Mr. Obama. society wasn't yet at a point where anyone tried to take advantage of it then, and Mr. Trump issued an EO returning the regs to actual biology. i suspect if he's reelected, he'll do the same to Mr. Biden's EO. my husband and i have five daughters, and a granddaughter, so this is an issue near to my heart. i pray for the girls affected by this wicked ideology.

According to this, the authority figures who are supposed to be sane adults, will be forcing the children to participate in the insanity . They will be required to use the preferred pronouns, etc.
When I was in 7th grade, the girls had far too much pressure from the boys, their lesbian teacher, but now the differences are even torn down. That is a shame that the parents have allowed corrupt perverted politicians to get away with this. We have had American missionaries in Germany lament the public schools. We were told that home schooling is illegal. They said they had a whole host of problems that we didn't have in the states at the time. Teenagers were forced to shower together at school after gym class.
We had a parent who's boy was not allowed to participate in events or eat hot lunch unless there was a biometric scan. We stood against that, went to the school board and explained our sincere religious conviction against such use of biometrics. The most effective rights firm in America got behind the parents law suit. God could have changed the situation in this state and many others. The problem was that the parents had absolutely no spiritual strength. I discovered that they were not even believers in Christ and had been insincere by trusting in their baptism rather than the Lord. They started out gung ho against the school forcing upon their child what would some day lead to the mark. They caved under the minor pressure of the school principal requesting it. He continued to force his way up on all students to this day.
I explained all that because I've observed that any semblance of the satanic organization has been effective in defeating the sparse resistance of weak churches. The satanists and libtards are spiritually weak. Families, churches, preachers should be getting together and spiritually kicking butts.
I don't think we can participate in gt schools any more other than perhaps the extra circular sports and such. Teachers and admin will not change and turn them into Christian schools. Even extra circular activities are risky with the drug use being the norm on HS boys teams when I was in hs. However, I am with you 100% about your granddaughters. They should be able to achieve their goals without being forced to go up against perverts who won't compete against fellow boys.
If the Lord provides for me to start another self defense and fitness school some day, I will not be accepting perverts. I don't care if Brucie Jenner walks in. I will share the gospel with him and he will not return. I will witness to them about the Lord, as I did to a tranny this week, but never let them near children or even around fellow adults.
He can go across town and join the Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu or MMA crowd. Not having him here.
