Thomas is either senile and clueless or is deliberately misrepresenting the facts. Either way he has no business being on the highest court in the land. The shooter does
not release the pressure from the trigger between every shot.
I'm not arguing gun control one way or the other; I'm just debunking the ridiculous notion by the SC that bump stocks don't essentially convert semi-automatics to automatics.
