Trump 45 was what the US needed to draw out the extent of the DC criminality that had been more of a stealth operation that could deny its progressing works more effectively up until then. The extent of division was here pre-Trump. It was brought to light during Trump.

Trump 47 if it happens may be good to start tearing town some of what it was too naive to comprehend during 45. But it's going to have to be extremely hard core and willing to do what needs to be done to enemies in both camps, assuming we even know anymore what the US is, so we know what an enemy is.

Even if this house cleaning begins, I doubt 4 years is nearly enough to get back to whatever this country is supposed to be. The rules of engagement and the legal system are extremely corrupted and need fixing to deal with what else needs to be fixed.

Remember, Trump promised to drain the swamp the first time around; but instead, he forgot all about draining the swamp once he got in there. I predict the same this time around if he wins. He just tells people what they want to hear.

I don't think he knew what the depth of the swamp is. There's a characteristic in many people that causes them to be surprised and even shocked to realize how evil people can be and to be astounded that people can think and do some things. I've witnessed it personally in legal matters and came to realize it takes a certain personality in an advocate to deal with this realistically and aggressively, without any hesitancy.

I caught a short piece of an interview with Trump Jr. a few days ago. My sense was that he (and close others) had to come to this type of realization. But now they know better what they're dealing with. The interesting thing to me is that we can know, but we still need to get past ourselves to actually do what needs to be done. Knowing and doing are not necessarily completely connected and there remains in many a hesitation that needs to be breached before they can do what may be necessary.

neither myself nor my husband gave our bodies to that science experiment

do people realize that the mRNA shots were only experimental up until Trump gave the go ahead to big pharma conglomerates and they clapped their hands in glee while realizing they now had millions to run tests on. No wonder they were untouchable...but I think, if I am not mistaken, that there are suits now being filed anyway.

There's always the concept of being pushed too far. I think this is part of what has been drawn out during Trump. The push had to become extreme to deal with him and in doing so it may finally be the "too far." It seems to me most of us just want to be treated fairly and not have absurd ideologies pushed and forced upon us. It also seems this "most" may be some big numbers. So, I guess we'll see the numbers and if too far has finally happened.

I can tell that @posthuman is giving the same impression as he has for many years. My observation is that the crowd here has changed a lot over the last years. Probably some of the people who have been here a long time have changed their attitudes and opinions also.
