Why are you responding this way? Salvation may occur at various places and times. It does not have to be in a church setting. It could be in a corn field, the forest, the desert, or some such. However, unless one (with a sincere and contrite heart) repents and asks Jesus to come into their lives as Lord and Savior they are not saved.
You can be as "smirky" as you wish, but you can not rewrite Scripture to suit your ideologies.
If you are having a problem with the indwelling presence of the Holy Spirit, that's on you, not me. Either believe Scripture or some other gospel than that of the Gospel of Jesus. On that point I will believe in the Gospel of Jesus, for it is the one True Gospel.

Sanctification is the process of being made holy by God through His Holy Spirit123. It is God's will for us, as stated in 1 Thessalonians 4:31. It involves separating us from the world and sin, and transforming us into the likeness of Christ123. It enables us to perform good works and live above willful sin2. To sanctify something or someone means to set it apart for God's purpose1
Sanctification is what allows us to become mature believers. Growing daily in our walk with Christ, and all the things you spoke of. The Holy Spirit is who gives us the ability to do so.

I can agree with a lot that you have been posting; however, I must disagree with this statement. I believe that scripture shows us that the believer is indwelt by the Holy Spirit at the point of salvation - for, that is exactly-and-precisely what [actually] saves you - being "sealed" by the Holy Spirit.
After salvation - sanctification is a process to transform the believer into the likeness of Christ. (as you mention in the quote below)

Ok, consider this: When one is saved, they become as a new born baby and they must begin to grow in their salvation and learn Scripture and strive to mature, right? They are as an empty vessel at their salvation and must be "filled with Christ." Right? BUT, they are STILL saved, right?
Same with sanctification. How one receives the indwelling presence of the Holy Spirit is by the laying on of hands and praying over by sanctified believers. When this happens, they receive the indwelling presence of the Holy Spirit, right? Once the Holy Spirit enters into them they are sanctified, right? Now the process of growing in spiritual understanding of Scripture and faith and becoming a mature believer begins. BUT, they STILL received the indwelling presence and are sanctified, right?
All believers must grow in their faith/walk with Christ. Always learning and always seeking to do what God purposed them to do. Each believer was purposed by God for a reason, and the sanctified believer will be given the abilities to fulfill said purpose by the Holy Spirit. Right? Just as one is saved, but just beginning their walk, one is sanctified, but just beginning their journey on the long path to becoming a mature believer in Jesus and understanding of Scripture.

I have always thought that this requires one to have complete faith, body, mind and soul, that one could actually speak that mountain into moving. However, for me, and possibly others, there remains a tiny seed of doubt (the size of a mustard seed) that it won't. Thus, it does not!
