The only guilty parties are the corrupt prosecutors, judges and DOJ ancillaries.
On what grounds do you judge all those people? Heresay from talk radio djs whose job it is to make you angry so they can reap ad revenue?

And he was convicted by a jury of his peers. That he selected. That he approved.

Not by a judge. Not by the white house. Not by a prosecutor. Not by vague axillaries. But by the evidence presented in court.

And no doubt the 2020 election steal was the greatest criminally fraudulent election in American history. It was patently obvious even on election night for all the world to see. The endless weeks and months of one avalanche after another of election fraud evidence thereafter was enough to fill the Grand Canyon
Absolute bunk.

The only election steal is the one Trump tried, and failed to commit.

Hundreds of lawsuits filed, zero evidence, zero wins, all those lawyers one by one admitting their fraud and being diabarred now.

A bunch of fiery propaganda on the MSM right wing radio and blogs pulling the wool over the sheep's eyes.

The same now: if Trump won his case, you'd say the justice system works. Since he lost, you say it's a deep state conspiracy. You found him innocent before any evidence was ever entered into the record: you found him innocent because he is Trump.

The court of manipulated public opinion is not justice. It is not where truth is found.

Why didnt he testify in court?

Because he is famous the world over for blatantly lying, and that works great at his rallies, but in court it damns him.

He hired very clever, very expensive lawyers - not fools - and they knew that if they had any chance of preventing him from being condemned by his sin, the last thing they want him to do in a court of law is open his mouth.

Reread what you wrote.

Those was not what he was found guilty of at all. Did you even follow the trial?
It was not connected to the elections.
The intent of attempting to hide his sin was to influence his potential election.

It was a key part of the testimony and prosecution.

It is the same reason he now spreads all these lies about the trial being a sham.

did you only follow the propaganda steering you away from the most basic facts of the case?

The prosecution alleged the falsifications were made to conceal Trump’s violation of New York state election law, which makes it a crime to promote the election of any person to office through unlawful means.
Prosecutors argued, in part, that those unlawful means were the $130,000 payment to Daniels, which was in effect an illegal campaign contribution, because it was done for the benefit of his 2016 campaign and exceeded the $2,700 individual contribution cap.

Trump's fatal flaw was his arrogance and denial. He believed the prosecution had no case and they wouldn't be able to prove their case, so he didn't put on a rigorous defense, believing he had nothing to worry about. He sat in the courtroom with eyes closed, half sleeping a lot of the time. Unfortunately for him, the prosecution did prove their case.

first you said failed to "prove he was innocent"; and now you say this. There seems to be an important concept you are missing.
What concept?

That his followers believe his boasts about being sinless and that they also don't care if he is or not?

As far as US law is concerned, he was proven guilty.

As far as our faith is concerned "all have sinned" - there is no one innocent, not one. Only Christ, and this convicted liar who is the subject of the thread is definitely not Christ.

It's not established in the actual verdicts though. He wasn't found guilty of making unlawful campaign contributions/campaign fraud... which you would need to do in order to establish that he "falsified business records" (which is what the actual charges were).

According to the Essenes there were three types of Jewish doctrine at the time of Jesus.

Sadducees which say the government is the ultimate authority, just do what you are told.

Pharisees which say that they are the ultimate authority, the Bible is too complicated for the common man, so you need us to tell you what it says.

and

The Essenes which were quite similar to Evangelical Christians today.

It seems to me we have these three kinds of "Christians" on this forum.

A couple of other points, the Sadducees didn't want to talk to anyone who didn't agree with them, so in that case they were similar to what we call "leftists". MSNBC and NPR would be prime examples.

The Pharisees were open to all Jews, but not to Gentiles, and they believed the Messiah was a man who was going to lead a revolt, take power from the Romans and give it to them. To me you could easily be in the MAGA movement chanting FJB and be a Pharisee.

The Essenes view of Messiah was that He was the Son of God. They were not interested in talking about overthrowing the Roman government, but if you wanted to talk about the Messiah that they would do.

Again, I think this is relevant because I think we have these three mindsets on this forum, particularly on this thread. Though it has turned into a debate between Sadducees and Pharisees.

I never....ever listen to RW radio.
What I am in the habit of doing is putting on my detective hat and scrutinize the evidence, and then make conclusions.
In other words, I think for myself.

My conscience will not allow me to do otherwise.

So tell us: as regards the prevailing evidence, what is your conclusion (as a detective) on these matters:
-JFK
-9/11
-MK-Ultra

I could go on, and on and on.....

All politicians must cease and desist with all lying from this day forward.

Good luck with that.

The courts are routinely used to whitewash spooky agency matters.

The See-Eye-Aye destroyed the vast majority of MK-Ultra records. Only a trivial amount found stuffed into a backroom office cabinet made it to the hearings.

Oh....and absolutely nobody was criminally charged. Not even the notorious Dr. Ewen Cameron.
