Gave my whole heart
Into this small tiny thing
Just to watch it break apart
And then turn into nothing
I put all of my hope
Into this precious happy dream
Just to watch with the scope
Be washed away by the streams.

The human essence in all of us
That only your holy love can fill
The endless brokenness becomes a curse
Until your love helps us heal.

I put my every hour
Into this tiny little seed
Just to watch it grow sour
And slowly start to bleed
Gave my whole being
Into the future I thought was for me
Just to watch it suddenly dying
By the things I did to nurture it.

Our very own betrayal still
The only one who’s loyal is You
The endless circle’s always on the kill
Until we’re free by your Truth.

You take all that’s crooked, just to make it straight
You take everything that’s broken, just to make it complete
All that was once considered worthless you give it use
Oh, Lord, if You didn’t find me, I’d still be on the loose.

I had a tenant who when he started renting, had just started a job for the city. I think he moved here from Oregon. He would go camping by himself and left me the info where he'd be. After a while he started dating a gal and that lasted about 6 months Then another gal and another. After the 4th year he started dating a gal and I could see there was a special connection. Thankfully she was 'the one' and after 2 yrs they got married, This was all in a 7 yr time frame. He just kept on til he found the right one and they just had a son.
Find some Scriptures on asking, receiving and praying for the desires of your heart. I also know 2 recent couple who met on Christian Mingle. Don't give up, 'A Stone Or Bread? - No loving father would give a stone or a snake to his hungry son if he asked for a piece of bread or a fish. Jesus used the absurdity of that analogy in Matthew 7 to underscore the heavenly Father's readiness to give good things to His children when they ask Him'. Believe, trust and hold on to confessing the promise, w/o doubting it, Godspeed 🙏😍
