Since MSNBC is well known to be biased, and is known to have reported false and debunked stories about Trump in the past...
we might want to consider a second opinion.
Second opinions from those politically unaligned, or aligned with other views, can be helpful.

we have cable, and one of the news channels is a 6 panel screen with 2 weather channels, fox, msnbc, cnn, & bbc.
the morning after the Baltimore bridge collapse, even the bbc coverage was about it. but not msnbc. Joe and Mika were ranting about the former president. it was a little shameful, i thought, especially since there were casualties.
almost every morning, i hold my nose and look for 15 minutes at a conservative news channel, and 15 minutes at a more liberal one. that way, i get to hear all the propaganda.

dog walk weather forecasts, freaking out about traffic, celebrating every obscure " national whatever day" as in national hot dog day, pizza day, etc...
like you said, no more than 15-20 minutes, more than that damages brain cells..
