Does God predestine people to be saved first
God elects or chooses individuals to extend His grace towards. Those chosen are predestined to have certain realities come into their lives.
Election deals with salvation. Predestination is a determination of what will be a part of the election.

It seems the Reformed have done many of that already.
E.W. Bullinger/Reformed/Calvinist is most known for introducing such an idea.

Maybe he did it to help the Reformed doctrine.
You evaded the question. You claim there are verses in the Bible that are not inspired. I asked which ones?
Also, how do you reconcile your claim with 2 Timothy 3:16 which says all scripture is given by inspiration of God?

Not sure you understand inspiration. Are you saying there are verses in the Bible that are not the inspired words of God?
Well I sure was inspired when I wrote music to Isaiah 53...not the entire chapter.....and sang parts in French and parts in English one Easter morning. It was a mixed language congregation.

The fellow who was to sing after me, said he would not sing because he was so touched and the song and music was such that everyone was touched by it. I am not at all bragging because without the Holy Spirit I could not have done such a thing.

The Holy Spirit still inspires and He has not changed lo all these years even though Cessationists have decided they are free to disengage from any such scripture....much like the Rabbis.

I don't have to say there are verses in scripture regarding opinion rather than inspiration...Paul himself says it and the interesting thing there, is that it is INCLUDED in scripture. That should give pause.

Further, it is the Holy Spirit who makes the word alive and inspirational.

12 For the word of God is alive and active. Sharper than any double-edged sword, it penetrates even to dividing soul and spirit, joints and marrow; it judges the thoughts and attitudes of the heart. Hebrews 4:12

When a person handles the scripture, they take on a major responsibility and the Bible makes that very clear:

Not many of you should be teachers my brothers, knowing that we will receive greater judgment. James 3:1

The thing there tho, is that one of the spiritual gifts is teaching. So, that means you either are faithful in your calling or you are a usurper and a fake and God has not called you.....as can be witnessed in so much of Christianity today. But I digress

Yeah I know full well what inspired means. I am not the walking dead without the Holy Spirit

If you had been paying attention. My claims are also ones you Reformed have already made and I am just disputing them into this discussion. You obviously do not believe speaking in tongues is Angel language. You clearly believe it is hyperbole. I've read your stance on the issue. So you agree with your Reformed buddy E.W. Bullinger.

But in this topic you want no part of hyperbole. Typical of your stance, isn't it?

Glad you were inspired. But all singing isn't inspired. All scripture is.according to 2 Timothy 3:16. Thus, everything Paul penned, regardless of whether he knew them to be the words of God, nevertheless, were.

People fit themselves for destruction. We all come into the world under the wrath of God. For someone to go to hell only requires that God does nothing.
do people predestine themselves to hell first you know before there born

I decided I cannot let this slide. Quit flattering yourself already! For you have made no case. I called you out on who it is that God loves and it's not sinners because the "us" in Rom 5:8 is referring to the saints who are the recipients of Paul's letter (1:7), and the verb tenses in 5:8 differ as well. In v. 8 God presently demonstrates his love toward his saints. The text plainly does NOT say that God loved us when we WERE sinners. His use of the present tense proves conclusively that God loves his elect ETERNALLY [in Christ] -- which means only NOW -- Presently without end.
Inspired scripture does not agree with you. Ignore at your own peril

As it is written: “None is righteous, no, not one; Romans 3:10

But God shows his love for us in that while we were still sinners, Christ died for us. Romans 5:8

For if while we were enemies we were reconciled to God by the death of his Son, much more, now that we are reconciled, shall we be saved by his life. Romans 5:10

He is the propitiation for our sins, and not for ours only but also for the sins of the whole world. I John 2:2

and Isaiah

Let the wicked forsake his way, and the unrighteous man his thoughts; let him return to the Lord, that he may have compassion on him, and to our God, for he will abundantly pardon. Isaiah 55:7

so it seems the wicked can do a 180 regardless of total depravity...which is a ridiculous assertion since God made us in His image and the INSPIRED Psalmist declares that only the FOOL has said in his heart there is not God

Rufus, the problem is YOU deciding.
