I'm taking about everyman being held captive by God at first birth.
If they don't follow God at the age of countability yes satan will rule them.
But he has no authority if they turn to Christ.
The whole world is not free from the old covenant and are held captive to it. only in Christ is the old covenant taken away.
Then in Christ your still held captive.
But for some reason you would want to say you have free will, because the devil can take people.

Well the thing is God created man with a God given consciousness and conscience which he made spiritualy alive to also be able to know right and wrong.
Now when you look at this he never created man as a beast.
He created man as a human being.
I finally agree with your comment, and I sincerely congratulate you for being so diligent with your investigation. I absolutely believe, without any doubt, that God did preordain the fall of man and the separation from God due to sin.
When Adam sinned, it wasn't an accident, God knew he would sin and mankind would fall into slavery to Satan.
God planned the whole of human history from the beginning of time to the end of time. So everything that happened in time past, present and future is exactly as God decreed it to be. There are no accidents in Gods creation, everyone and everything is doing their part to bring about Gods pre planned outcome.
I'm sure you agree that God is absolutely sovereign over His creation, and a sparrow doesn't drop dead outside of His will and knowledge.
Most Christians are happy to to attribute a measure of sovereignty to God but they never admit that He is absolutely 100% sovereign over every single creature and atom in the universe and He gives us our next breath and if He didn't sustain us at every moment we would drop dead instantly.
It's hard for men to get our head around how much control God has over His creation, we need to remember that we are fallen creatures and our minds have been corrupted to the extent that we have lost contact with God. So we can't embrace or process the reality in which we exist.
Everyone uses their own corrupted reasoning and understanding to try and workout the difference between Satan's lies and Gods truth. Satan is the most powerful and most wise and intelligent creature in the universe, so we wrestle against an invincible foe and everyone is quickly overpowered and enslaved, unless God intervenes and saves us.
Our fallen state means, we can't call out to God because He is light and we are darkness and men don't come to the light lest their wickedness is exposed. So we are entirely dependent on God for salvation, the Arminian name it and claim it prosperity gospel doesn't align with scripture
True, God did create man in His own image. But we lost that image when Adam sinned and became carnal (beast like) and an enemy of God. He could no longer have fellowship with God, and God cursed him so from that time onward the whole of nature became hostile and deadly to man because the animals recognize and sense our wickedness.
We also lost our intelligence and became spiritually, mentally and physically retarded. We also had to start toiling in the hot sun to grow food and everything had to be done the hard way by the sweat of our brow. God withdrew His favorable conditions and the animal kingdom and the land and plants all became deadly and hostile to mankind.

apparently you missed the part that after Adam fell, his human nature that God created in him was still the same nature God created him with. God saw that his creation was good.
What died but still remained in him was the spiritual nature of his human nature.
God made mans human conscience his nature spiritual, as Adam died a spiritual death. Before the fall Adam was saved spiritually.
Obviously you've also missed the part that after his fall in the garden, his human nature being innocent to evil and not knowing what evil was, became in need of saving.
Is human nature also became embarrassed and ashamed, because his spiritual nature had been poisoned by evil knowledge and died.
I guess you also missed the part God remained a father to them and clothed them.
I guess you also missed genesis 3 that clearly illustrates that God chose not to know what man would do next before the fall.
You may have noticed God is all knowing. But what you haven't noticed is God only decided to know what man would do next after the fall.
Forgot to correct you on one more point. You say God created man with a conscience to know right from wrong. Well this is absolutely wrong, Adam only became aware of right ad wrong after He sinned and his eyes were opened to know right from wrong.
Adam and Eve never knew evil existed, until they sinned. Before the fall everything was only good, there were no thorns or Devils to torment them. All of their thoughts and actions were pure and good, until, Satan spiritually raped them and they became sinners.

Before Adam fell in the garden God gave him a fatherly request, not to eat from the tree.
When the serpent that you magically assume was satan tempted him.
Adam and eve said no that's not what are father told us.

what you may also not of noticed is Jesus saying where there is a natural body there is also a spiritual body.

You also may not have weighed up, that even when the spiritual body has died in the natural body, the spiritual body is still there
God didn't create Adam to be unconscious in a coma, so of 'course he was created awake and concise. But he had no knowledge of what good and evil were, until the woman deceived him into rebelling against God and disobeying His only command.
Look at what God said about Adam after he sinned.
Genesis 3:22
Then the Lord God said, “Behold, the man has become like one of Us, to know good and evil.
Why would God say, "the man has become like one of Us" if Adam already knew before he fell. It doesn't make sense.
Not sure what your trying to say here, but let me confirm you believe that Adam's soul died when he sinned. So he became like a carnal beast, and everyone after him was born in his image and not Gods image. Man lost the image of God when Adam sinned, so everyone is born spiritually dead.
God said, "the soul that sinneth, shall surely die". The soul and Spirit are two different things, the soul and body are the person but the Spirit comes from God or Satan. So depending on who your master is, you will have His spirit in you
please give and search for yourself because it is there.
