Who are the sheep of His other fold?
Paul doesn't have sheep. And Paul was writing under the inspiration of God. So I suppose he didn't use the term sheep because the Spirit didn't lead Him to.

And why didn't Paul say lots of things Jesus said? Perhaps he is not the good Shepherd. Perhaps he wasn't sent to seek and to save. Perhaps they aren't his sheep.

The Key for everyone, Jew and Gentile, If you are listening, you will be Saved. If you "are not" listening, you won't be saved.

"they will listen to my voice " requires hearing.

16 And I have other sheep that are not of this fold. I must bring them also, and they will listen to my voice. So there will be one flock, one shepherd.
