In certain ways it is very dangerous; one of the main ones being a careless disregard for the truth and of history. They claim to be the only ones who really know the truth; this is textbook cult behavior. CNs don't really see others as people, but as objects who can either help or hurt their cause. If you're not on board with their agenda, you're the enemy; and, in most cases, you're not even a true Christian. They claim to be Christian, but have a very skewed idea of what it means to be a Christian. And I agree, it's a political movement wrapped in "Christianity."

I don't have a strong opinion about it either way. All I know is that the world will grow worse and worse so not sure if making the US officially a Christian Nation will make an impact on it.
If it will make any people feel better, the whole world will definitely be a Christian nation after the Millennial Age!

It seems like this is a movement from those who have the unBiblical end times idea that Christians/the church will essentially subdue the earth and make everything good and ready for Jesus's coming.
Christian Nationalists are misguided, however the enemies of the Church are attaching that moniker to all Christians in order to use it against the Church.

That is strange when America goes so much against God by allowing all religions to be practiced there even Satanism, and the new age movement that follow Lucifer, and will deceive the world.

America is not a Christian nation but it is an occult nation that allows all religions to be practiced there.
The top leaders of the Republicans and Democrats are working together which is the Hegel System where they set up 2 opposing forces, and then harmonize them together with a balance between them for a new system that they believe is better than either system alone, and both together is the truth.
The majority of people will not accept both systems as the truth, and best way to operate, so they set up 2 opposing forces, and then bring them together.
America and Russia have been working together the whole time as the 2 opposing forces in the Hegel System.

Wanting a nation to follow Jesus and the teachings of Jesus is a good thing, but forcing people is wrong. Not even God forces, He gives us freedom of choice.
If America or any other nation wants people to follow Jesus and the principles of Christianity they needs to be done through love and example.
Don't forget HISTORY.
A Christian power controlled the political powers in the dark ages. As a result Christians were killed by Christians. They forced the Christian doctrines on everyone and those that didn't obey the rules were killed.
A huge amount of blood was shed because people choose to follow God rather then man.
If political powers enforce doctrines that are contrary to the Bible, what will you do?
Even if Christian nationalism sounds good, it is not for us to force.
