Once saved always saved is the Gospel otherwise it is not really salvation is it?
The Bible says to endure to the end....

Matthew 24:9 “Then you will be handed over to be persecuted and put to death, and you will be hated by all nations because of me. 10 At that time many will turn away from the faith and will betray and hate each other, 11 and many false prophets will appear and deceive many people. 12 Because of the increase of wickedness, the love of most will grow cold, 13 but the one who stands firm to the end will be saved. 14 And this gospel of the kingdom will be preached in the whole world as a testimony to all nations, and then the end will come.

I know OSAS people say God will never make us lose our salvation and I believe that too. But the Bible is clear that it is possible for people to choose to leave God as Jesus mentions in this passage.

Dr. Charles Stanley believed in OSAS, but he loved God so much, that it never entered his mind to ever leave God. He also loved God enough to submit to Him and His Holy Spirit and as such, he was very loyal and obedient to the Lord. I was never once ever worried for Dr. Stanley's salvation even if we didn't agree on OSAS.

Would you agree that in context this text is describing a time of persecution?

It does talk about a future time of persecution, but we still have the freedom to choose to be with God or not during this lifetime and this present age on earth whether there is persecution or not (the wealth and cares of this world could also entice you away from the Lord, not just persecution).

It DOES seem to indicate however, that AFTER Jesus returns and we are transformed into our immortal bodies that we no longer have the ability to turn away or fall away from God. I'm not sure but right now it sounds like that to me. And I consider that to be a good thing!

So then how can you use this verse and give it a universal application and have it mean that if one does not stand firm they will loose their salvation?

Also consider that when we read the word "saved" it doe not always mean spiritual salvation, in this context it means being physically saved as in God will protect those who stand firm physically.

This is the correct understanding of this verse in context of the first century as Christ Jesus clearly states at the start "this generation" meaning the generation to whom He was speaking would experience all those things when God uses Rome to destroy Jerusalem.

I am sure you have proof for such a definitive statement?

Who exactly is controlling all the "wills" of humans across the globe?
. You do not have free will.

Scripture says the natural body never improves and is always in need of the fathers will.

Right

Where and how do you come up with this?
1 Corinthians 15:42-44

New International Version

42 So will it be with the resurrection of the dead. The body that is sown is perishable, it is raised imperishable; 43 it is sown in dishonor, it is raised in glory; it is sown in weakness, it is raised in power; 44 it is sown a natural body, it is raised a spiritual body.
If there is a natural body, there is also a spiritual body.

I never came up with it

Do you see the part here that says the natural body will never improve
