44 While Peter was still saying these things, the Holy Spirit fell on all who heard the word

Peter was preaching
people heard the preaching
Holy Spirit fell upon them = Regeneration
Peter started speaking at the beginning of Acts 2.

Another scripture that proves to me that predestination is to faith/believing Acts 13:48

48 And when the Gentiles heard this, they were glad, and glorified the word of the Lord: and as many as were ordained to eternal life believed.

That word ordained can be translated destined/decreed as in predestined or foreordained

And when the Gentiles heard this, they rejoiced and glorified (praised and gave thanks for) the Word of God; and as many as were destined (appointed and ordained) to eternal life believed (adhered to, trusted in, and relied on Jesus as the Christ and their Savior).AMPC

When the Gentiles heard Paul say this, they ·were happy [rejoiced] and ·gave honor to [praised] the ·message [word] of the Lord. And the people who were ·chosen [destined; appointed] to have life forever ·believed the message [L believed].

Your verse also states: 48 And when the Gentiles heard this.

So they heard it first.

That event wasnt regeneration sorry. Thats was just a mere outward manifestation of the Spirit, they had already been regenerated before Peter ever came to them. They had the fear of God in their hearts so they had to be regenerated, man by nature his heart doesnt fear God Acts 10:

2 A devout man, and one that feared God with all his house, which gave much alms to the people, and prayed to God alway.

Man naturally has no fear of God in their eyes Rom 3:18

18 There is no fear of God before their eyes.

So you impose regeneration where it is not

your clearly evil with theese remarks
Isaiah 5:20

Woe unto them that call evil good, and good evil; that put darkness for light,
and light for darkness; that put bitter for sweet, and sweet for bitter!

If you can show us some light rather than always playing a game of having others guess what something means?
While simultaneously indicating that your understanding should be universally understood.... That is evil.

I have your same gift which is a sensitivity of soul. But I refused the seduction it can bring when the wrong spirits entice
with the power it can impart to know things others are not privy to. I was tested to see if I would make it a way of life to
get ahead in the devil's world...

Unless the spiritual guidance leads you to the best possible bible teachings in your generation it can not be from God.
God would not have such premonitions given if they were to keep you from sound understanding... which you display
openly to be lacking.

I was shown someone I was to meet in Israel before I knew I was going there.. How's that? Same as you?
I also had my life saved by being shown what to avoid in a given situation.

It did not make me into a lightning messenger boy.. I kept testing the spirits mentally. I was then shown that there are people who do live by such premonitions and they are not the kind of people I would want to know.... Yet, many without the ability would want to.

You can have a nice Day. Pray for God to send your way sound Bible teachings.
Many do. But unless God sends it? You will see.

Not evil, sir. Truth exposing evil will be seen as evil to what is evil...

I am not knocking it without trying it.... I rejected it after having it dumped on my lap.
Because without God's Word being at its foundation?
Its a system for evil....

Isaiah 5:20

Woe unto them that call evil good, and good evil; that put darkness for light,
and light for darkness; that put bitter for sweet, and sweet for bitter!

Wishing you a glorious Day....

Verse 44 shows the beginning of the process but I added the rest to show they were Regenerated.

44 While Peter was still saying these things, the Holy Spirit fell on all who heard the word.
45 And the believers from among the circumcised who had come with Peter were amazed, because the gift of the Holy Spirit was poured out even on the Gentiles.
46 For they were hearing them speaking in tongues and extolling God. Then Peter declared,
47 “Can anyone withhold water for baptizing these people, who have received the Holy Spirit just as we have?”

1. They heard
2. Holy Spirit fell upon them
3. They spoke in tongues
4. Peter "confirmed they received the Holy Spirit

You cannot speak in tongues without being regenerated.

That was a time of the cusp between OT regeneration meeting the Church age new level added to OT regeneration.

Nicodemus was told he needed to be born again before the Holy Spirit was given at regeneration like we have today.
Nicodemus as a pious Jew was told he needed regeneration....

In the Church age those who become regenerated receive and additional gift of the Holy Spirit taking up residence in their body.

This is chapter 10, separate incident from chapter 2. My bad for not including the chapter.
My reply was hasty and wasn't actually applicable. The falling of the Spirit is an outward sign that is observable and seals the believer...acts in the manner of a seal. This is what is spoken of in Ephesians 1:13. It doesn't place an individual into the body of Christ, but merely evidences that it has taken place. The action of the Spirit that places an individual into the body of Christ is nonexperiential and is what 1 Corinthians 12:13 is referring to and explained in the early portion of Romans 6.

Salvation and all of its accompanying blessings.
Let me rephrase, according to scripture, what is the believer predestinated for?

You're claiming the adoption is salvation. Scripture states that the adoption is yet future, it is the redemption of the body.

Hearing the Gospel is what allows the ears to hear.
Thats backwards Regenerated, Spiritually Circumcised Ears gives Spiritual ears to hear

Thats why Stephen told those unregenerate jews this Acts 7 51

Ye stiffnecked and uncircumcised in heart and ears, ye do always resist the Holy Ghost: as your fathers did, so do ye.

It does not say what you claim anywhere.

Even in the context of Jesus saying My Sheep HEAR. They are already sheep of course they hear. The non sheep must hear first like we read in the Bible's examples. Once the non-sheep hear and become sheep, they will always hear.

Predestination is to all Spiritual Blessings Eph 1:3-5

3 Blessed be the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, who hath blessed us with all spiritual blessings in heavenly places in Christ:

4 According
as he hath chosen us in him before the foundation of the world, that we should be holy and without blame before him in love:

5 Having predestinated us unto the adoption of children by Jesus Christ to himself, according to the good pleasure of his will,
