I was supportive of him but now he wants to change the constitution and as someone who owes a debt to my relatives who fought in the revolutionary war and to my God to uphold the law of the land witch is the constitution I have a obligation to oppose him.

So at one point your relatives realized that it became necessary to dissolve the political bands that connected them to the rulers, and you think that somehow if their ancestors also have to come to that same point in history they are betraying them? That sounds like hypocrisy.

They argued that they should be given a decent respect for their opinions but you think their relatives don't deserve that same respect but should be doormats? That is hypocrisy.
