That's pretty funny. 1 Timothy 3:1-13, Titus 1:6-9, and 1 Timothy 2:12,13 tell us very clearly that men are to be church leaders not women.
What's funny is that you are clueless about what is being discussed (i.e. children, not adults).

I go by what the Lord says in His Word, not by the opinions of those that claim following culture comes before following the Lord. Following culture is just being carnally minded, following the crowd that don't even know the Lord. It's being really slow.

Those doing this will be shocked when they die someday and their end is not where they expected it to be.

Ignoring God's Word never ends well.

Still clueless, I see. God's Word does not say children cannot be saved.

Still rejecting the plain reading of scripture I see

None of my posts have been on the topic of children being saved so it helps to pay attention
It is you who is not paying attention, responding to me as if I am speaking about women when I am not.

You have been informed of this fact more than once now but still pretend otherwise. What's wrong with you?

You posted previously that women should be allowed to be pastors and church leaders did you not?

OK, so did you notice that this thread is about women pastors and not about children?
Did you notice that multiple topics get discussed in any thread regardless of the thread title?

I am free to respond to any subject brought up in any thread. At my discretion, not yours.

12 I do not permit a woman to teach or to exercise authority over a man; rather, she is to remain quiet.

This is Paul's OWN opinion. If it were from God, then it would read GOD does not permit.

I follow God, not Paul.

There are three groups of people in the Church. 1. All the Saints who died. 2. All the living Saints. 3. All the saints that are yet to be born.

if those yet to born are part of the church, how are they incapable of being part of the church for the 18 year period between them being born and the arbitrary age limit you're preaching, but then become a part of the church all over again at that magical number and remain in it after they die?

Woman having authority to teach or to exercise authority over a man is covered in 1 Timothy 3:1-13, and Titus 1:6-9 so this is not Paul's opinion.

The Holy Spirit directed Paul to not allow women to teach or have authority over men so to say women can teach men and be in authority over men is to reject the leading of the Holy Spirit which is something one does when they are no longer in right standing with the Lord.

No, it's all Paul's opinion.

Nowhere in any of those verses do I read GOD SAID. I only read what Paul believes.

OK, so it's your position that Paul was often being led by demons?

That's a convenient way to be a cherry picker!
As a JEW, it's my opinion Paul is speaking on his own behalf. If it was God, Paul always says God this and that. These verses Paul said, I DO NOT PERMIT (he made it personal).

You're a Gentile so follow Him, I follow Jesus and His WORDS ONLY!

It doesn't really matter if Paul believed it to simply be his opinion. The fact that it is in scripture means...thus saith the Lord.
