The default position of fallen man is contrary to God. Fallen man always rejects God unless and until God makes them alive. They are dead in trespasses and sin.

But God still makes Himself known to them and they can choose to reject Him on their own merit, not by the condition of birth.

Paul was saved and God led Paul to his specific calling.

In your view you "will NEVER" fulfill the great commission. In my view the great commission is for anyone and everyone. So we will see if God tells You or me I knew You or never knew you because we did or did not fulfill the Will of the Father.
We all have general revelation in the beginning. So it doesn't matter about the rest because we're all on equal revelation in the beginning.

If the Church in Revelation 3 were once saved, why do they need Jesus to revisit and knock on their heart AGAIN? From what I read you believe salvation security. So if they are secure, why would Jesus have to do the same thing twice?
