I guess some see the flight into the mountains during the GT as fulfilled back in ad70 but for those who see it future well if he actually does arrest those who try to flee into the mountains and put them in tent cities like he says then to them their collecting up survival gear to ride out the GT in the wilderness(parks) for no reason(he's gonna block them from doing it)...

They don't want to see Ukrainians killed nor do they want to see Russians killed. They reject the forever wars where arms dealers get rich, politicians have their campaigns paid for, and the loser is the tax payer and the parents of kids killed. In a word MSNBC sums up this position as "pro Putin".
