True Story​

I live in North Texas and have driven many times up into Oklahoma to visit family. Just before you cross the border to enter Oklahoma there once was a large billboard which read:
“Eat Here and Get Gas”​

My uncle used to tell me the reason why women wore perfume and makeup was because they're ugly and they stink. 😆

Yes, so true…. coincidentally… my brother sent this to me… we are both Air Force military brats and retired Marine Officers….
Coincidentally, my first reaction was to send him a laughing emoji…
He responded, that his last visit to the VA was strangely and unfortunately eerily similar to the meme…
I responded with two upside down smiles and he responded with a laugh…
So yes, while sad and unfortunate truth, we are still able to laugh at it…

LOL, this actually happened today...
I was dialed into a conference call with a Bunch of Navy Captains and a couple of them were engaged in a very professional and upstanding gentlemanly difference of opinion... As a retired Marine, I always admired how professional senior Naval Leaders are able to present their strongly held differences in a very politically correct manner (Britishism)...
LOL, when I heard a Navy Captain make this statement at the end of a back and forth discussion... LOL, I couldn't help but see/hear the humor in what he said...
